I was surprised at the speed of my order but it was incomplete. Called and notified them upon delivery. They offered a refund or the rest of my order. I chose the order. Waited an hour and heard nothing back. Called again and was told it was escalated and they'd call back. When they called back they again offered me a refund instead of my missing order. Ended up taking the refund as no one was trying to complete my order.

We originally had no choice but to use this in our town but we now have grubhub/uber. The delivery fees change daily & can be as expensive as $1.25/mile. In addition to extreme delivery & service fee (which I have confirmed goes to the driver but still have to tip) you will also have delivery minimums that can exceed $15 which means when eating alone the app is useless. Menus are inaccurate & rarely updated & OrangeCrate actually adds cost to some menu items making it even MORE EXPENSIVE.

Prices ridiculously high. Pay more for "delivery fees" and "service fees" than you do for the food. Then they include those fees in the total that you're tipping on and require a minimum of 16% tip, which is really closer to a 35% tip because of outrageous fees. Only reason i ever use this app is because it has some places that uber eats doesnt. I need to uninstall, it's a waste of money.

I love this app accept for the high delivery charges. However the people who deliver are wonderful and very nice. My food has always been hot and delivered super fast. I have also used the waitr app and this one is much better. Also waitr charges you a weekly subscription fee. So if you just don't want to go get your own food use this app.

The wife and I have been using OC for a few years now. OC is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE for a food delivery service. EVERY goddamn time we use OC, we get a call about items not being available any longer, items being out for the day or we wind up having items missing from our order. Every. Single. Time. I wish I were exaggerating! Save yourself the aggravation and use Grubhub, Door Dash, etc rather than this con service. If I could rate in the negative numbers, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I used to use this app and then stopped because the fees and pricing was so outrageous! The ONLY reason i redownloaded it qas because I KNEW it would deliver from one of my favorite restaurants that no one else did... i go to use it today and NOW my address is OUT of their service area? I've wasted so much freaking money on this I regret it so much! DON'T GET THIS APP SAVE YOUR MONEY IT'S TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT

Fantastic service in the Utah area. Super wonderful. Amazing driver. Great to hear this service is expanding to serve in more areas I visit. The app is a little buggy but to be expected. Keep up the good work!

Insanely expensive 😫 my 40 dollars worth of food was going to cost 75 dollars to be delivered!! 35 dollars extra?!??! Called the restaurant directly and only had to pay a driver tip. Orange Crate practices highway robbery!

I would give 0 Stars! I spent over $50 and never received my food. I contacted the restaurant I ordered from and they told me they have not used them in over a year. I tried emailing orangecrate and I got a reply saying the email doesn't exist.

My order was completely wrong and I was promised a refund on 4 different occasions and still nothing. Garbage company. The service fees are through the roof.

At first orangecrate was great then they started adding $10+ on a $20 tab for taxes and fees which didnt include the delivery fee. I will not be raped with overcharges.

These thieve STOLE MY MONEY and refuse to refund me even though they didn't even have a driver available! Support is PATHETIC!! They lied and said they would contact me TWICE and never even did that! I will be reporting these broke hoes for FRAUD too!

App was unusable. It wouldn't accept my address, even though I live in a central part of my town, so I was never even able to place an order.

I am enjoying this.....I had neck surgery last week and can not drive and a lot of these restaurants will not deliver in my area....this is the BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO ALBANY GA!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Always late food cold ... Use door dash more expensive but worth it

The communication I received was excellent. I live in Kokomo IN and have had nothing but excellent experiences each time I have ordered. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Kristi was awesome!

In Central Ga delivery times are typically 30 minutes or less. Fast food orders are quicker, but the finer restaurants prepare your food to order and may take longer. I love how the app keeps you notified throughout the order. You can actually see your driver's progress on the map, similar to uber. The drivers also have insulated bags to keep the food hot.

An extra $15+ to deliver less than a mile on a $20 order?! Fine I'll just get in my car! Table takeout wasn't like this... Shame... I miss that app and not being charged half a tank of gas for delivery

Half the time the food is late and cold.

Unreliable, made an order and was told they couldn't deliver because they only had 1 driver and he was unable to do so.

On any given day they will stop delivering to us for some reason. Very unreliable

They bring me food from places that don't have their own delivery services!

Orangecrate is a rip-off we was going to order Taco Bell and it came up to $39 and some odd cents but we couldn't get this app to work it was saying that delivery was unavailable at that moment so we decided to go to taco bell ourselves to get it and it came up to $19 and some odd cents so you're technically paying $20 for delivery that you can put into your gas tank
