This system is not user friendly. This new system allows for too many mistakes. The older system had its flaws but this newest version has too many steps to perform an inspection and doesn't allow to correct mistakes. Don't like this system or at least the new step up. 👎🏽👎🏽
it would appear that there is a bug that trigger the app to load only a white screen if logging in as a different user from a previous user. this bug persists even if cache is dumped. only uninstall/reinstall corrects the problem.
I have tried to load on both my tablet and phone and it will not run at all! I have a Samsung phone and tablet. No help after calling Orange QC, they offer no support if its not iOS system. Totally usless. If I could give a 0 rating, I would.
This is now the 5th time I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app. For a week now I have not been able to open the restroom portion of my inspection. Each time I have issues this is what I have to do. When the app has no issues it is a great tool.

Great platform! We have been using OrangeQC for several years now with much success. It is installed on both iOS & Android devices with few if any issues. If there are issues the OrangeQC team has been very responsive & helpful. Great job guys!
