The update made it worse. Account Officer details can't be verified. Persistent login issues. BVN PORTAL not working as usual. Some tools are useless/not functioning. If you can't make it better, stop adding bugs to the app!
Good to use app. Especially handy when working from home. Please include card hotlist for all customers' pc code for every user on the app. Cele Ijesha brach Sort code is not listed. There should be an option to cancel while transaction is processing. Include more forms on the send form especially loan related forms.
Experience has been great.. But when you're opening an account with BVN, customers don't get account number immediately like those without BVN. It will return "account cannot be opened at the moment" meanwhile it has opened. Moreso, some customers are being debited for card twice. One while linking card and the other on a later date.
Experience with it so far is great but it would be a lot better if app can have a nuban checker function and possibly customer record search using phone number for Transaction officers. I think it will go a long way to help.
This application is really helpful in acquisition. However, there should be a mobile number search option so as to enable us deliver quality service to our existing customer's while on field. A primary key search saves time and help create great assurance while giving out account number to customer. Regards
I feel it is totally wrong to update an application twice in the last 72hours..it's a waste of precious data, plus there are still often error messages in the updated app..what's the use really?
Team, please help re update d app, d new updated have stop some other tools, like d tool in uploading gtcrea8, was not functioning properly.. lastly d card linking tools doesn't generate Otp , please dis av to be work on ... Thanks .
Zero....to sign in is a problem and when when you finally do you can't even make use of it, initially we were thinking it's congestion but even at midnight when everyone is fast asleep it's still not working. BVN not working, account opening zero..... it's extremely frustrating
Please be informed that the mandate issue to basis has not been rectified. I have to advise customers to do account update after getting account number. Secondly account number are not sent to customers immediately. On first trial it would say cannot open account at the moment, when you try the second time it will say account details exist. We would further proceed to search basis to get account details and account number for the customer. This is a serious stress and cumbersome process.
This has been a very great tool but since 5/6/2020 it has showing error server unreachable, try again latter. Please help us do something about it.
Dear Team, kindly review this app because after the latest update, i keep receiving error msg to update the app while the version i updated to is v 1.2.5. kindly rectify ASAP.
Pls something should be done on this App, the error message is account information can not b open at the moment,for the past two days, its making the work hard on us.
After opening account with the application the mandate is not usually complete sometimes photo alone will show, sometimes its only the signature that will show
Persistent login related problem,the recent innovations/addtional features are good.
Very bad it keep showing an error message of update if state and local governmet of residents is not showing, and i have to unistall and download it again after the update still yet , same issues
There is no Basis Lite function on the updated version. Kindly take note.

New functions such as; Card linking, Bvn linking and so on are not working. Developer attention should be called to this asap.
Kept rejecting phone number when opening account, even a new phone still show up error account information supply existed. Do review
Clicking on resend pin option while trying to resend pin in the process of linking a card is not working, please let it be as it is.🙏

Since the last update the app has not been working efficiently. It takes several minutes to log in. Once you are in you get pop ups like internal server error. Isn't update about making the app better !
