Update your app!!!! Since 2013????????? Are you serious???? It keeps shutting down and won't stay on screen! It says it is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH NEW PHONES!!!!!! Also I don't like your messaging system it is not phone-friendly nor user friendly. Way too large on the screen and keyboard hides all the typing field so I can't move the message page up to see what I'm typing!!!!

I miss the old Oranum platform. It doesn't work on my phone because it only works on older systems. It lags so much on my PC. The prices for privates have increased by so much. If I want a 10-15 minute reading I will have to pay around $200 CAD. Super pricey.

A bunch of scam artists! They charged my account three times without my permission once for $100 ,another for $35.99 and another $35.99 and they will require you to give your account information before you get free credits so they can keep charging your account once your free credits run out! Again don't fall for this app!

Oranum takes the money from the customer & dosen't even pay 30% of a reading to It's psychic. For example if I pay 10$ to oranum, the psychic only gets 2$ or 3$. This way neither the Customer nor the psychic gets satisfied. It's better to be avoided because psychics at oranum are never able to provide quality service as the time they get to answer is limited to the amount. It's sad for the psychics & the customers at Oranum. This scam should stop.

Judie was terrible for customer service, like I am a first time subscriber and I accidently clicked on a live psychic; you mean to tell me you couldn't refund 9.99 credits I did not get to use. I will say it again, I am sure Jesus will forgive your sins Judie because your customer service skills were terrible. Like, all I wanted to do was ask a question, not be told by customer service a hundred times a payment option when I didn't get the experience. Don't use this app.

this app is as garbage as garbage can get the ui is comparable to my taco bell $hits i just took i signed in my account i log out i come back put my information in it then says incorrect either no i just put in the info and they dont let you test the psycics the push that private chat on you which gives you no chance to bond or gain you guys should be ashamed of yourselves im prove the app or die out by no customers

I have yet to indulge in a reading do to there being so many psychics to choose from. However, I have sat in the free chats and listened to conversations and indulged in a few and found that interesting and entertaining. I have witnessed a few demo readings and all have made good connections with those being read. If you don't have the money, its okay, because its free to sign up and no charge to join free chat. Check it out and you never know, you may be lucky enough to get chosen for a free reading.

The Oranum website is for those seeking knowledge and direction on their path. It's chat feature is really good because you can chat with some wonderful people until you find the person right for your path. I highly recommend the site. This app is okay, however it is missing what I think is a vital feature - audio. I can be difficult to communicate without the audio and take much longer than necessary. Also, the psychic information/bio only comes up partially completed. I'm sure that Oranum is working to improve this app, so it is only a matter of time before their app will be outstanding.
