ORBIT The performers are a mobile addition to the CMS ORBIT from Sokigo. With ORBIT handled the whole flow of a case from the reporting of errors and deficiencies from the inhabitants of the municipality to a central customer service, sorting and assignment of cases to the person responsible, and who will carry out the action and reporting to the notifier. With ORBIT performers can case managers or entrepreneurs in a municipality report the status of the cases directly in the field, such as mark matters rectified.
    
ORBIT performers are strongly linked to the municipality's case management system and therefore requires a user account with the municipality.
