OrbitRemit Money Transfer

Couldn't sign up on the app unfortunately. It kept saying that the email address I am using to sign up is not valid. I tried multiple times with multiple email addresses and changed the passwords too. Then I tried signing up online and it finally worked.

New super fast service, nearly as good as direct banking yourself......Best rates I have found but o/o/h service is poor so if have difficulties hard to contact in first instance. Still my number one pick of transfer apps.

great exchange rate Small transaction fee but the big turn off for me is that the app doesn't allow you to direct pay through the phone app. you have to close the app, go to your bank app to make a transfer, go back to orbit app again. it's not a big big issue but it's not smooth. but if this is how they maintain the rates then it's fine.

Very easy way to transfer money to India even Very faster than Nz transfer 👏. Dafenately will recommend all family and friends 👍

Money does not automatically get returned to your bank account if a transfer does not go through. It just stays with OR. You get a msg that the transfer did not go through and to contact the team. Fair enough but could definitely do better by returning the money immediately. There's also the hassle to printscreen the all details of transaction from the computer not mobile phone. Could do better by saving transaction details in a pdf as the printscreen could not capture all the details required.

I have been using Orbit Remit for years with no problems. Rather, this has been a series of successes that have kept me worry-free all this timer. Any concerns I've had were allayed quickly by the support staff. As if security isn't a good enough reason to use this , the low fees should seal the deal, but even better is their policy that gives you one free transaction out of every ten. I like it , you will too .

Useless app, no chat function, no help or support, can't even get refferal link. Nothing works.

The best remittance platform Ive ever used. Easy, Convenient, reliable and fast. Well done! Initial registration and verification takes quite a bit of a process but is highly necessary which I believe is in compliance with NZ regulation. Their Customer support's response is also amazing, they act fast on your queries, issues and request. Highly recommended!

Been using them for 6 years now. Used to be good. Now, customer service is none existant, I've sent numerous msgs through the app,email and messenger, no reply on all. It's been 30 hours since I've sent a fairly large amount of money for an emergency and it's still "waiting for settlement" not recommended.

Too slow, used to be good but service is getting slower and slower. Takes tooooo long.

In app information please tell you can only send money in 3 currencies not including us dollars.

This app has been an enormous help for me as I don't have to go to the remittance center to send money to my family. The rate is also great compare to other remittance service and they will only charge you 6 NZ dollars for every transaction regardless of the amount you are sending. Great job to all the people behind this great service and app!

Perfect transfers each and every time. The app lets you know currency transfer amounts, emails you each step of the way and is super easy to set up and use. A small $4 fee boom, done and my funds are nearly always in the next day. Highly Recommend!

So far I've been impressed, I transfer completed in just a few hours and all my questions and information I asked for before, during and after were dealt with very promptly. Once I've used a few times and encounter no issues then I'll give 5 stars.

The best and easy app to send/transfer money, it also gives very competitive and good exchange rate compared to other apps. Once your account verified then, it's actually easy to transfer money and can save recipients details for easy transfer next time.

This would have to be the best Money Transfer Company that the world has to offer, with it's no nonsense ease of use transfers. Once you have set up your account its as easy as. The staff are also great to work with if you have the need to contact them, every concern is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

OrbitRemit is one of the most quickest and easy-to-use App.. It takes a bit of setting up I.E Drivers License, Bank Statement, A photo of you.. Etc but once it's setup it's very easy to use and transfer money fast.. Took 4 hours to be collectable.. But 4 hours is great because you know that the recipient will get the money with a no fuss process ((as long as you follow their rules(which are understandable due to fraud) Best App I have found and I tried many.. Highly Recommend. 😃

I have used this app for more than 6 months and I'm sending money every week or so. Service is so great. I had a little delay at 1st time and after that all my transactions went smoothly. Fairly good rate than other options

I love OrbitRemit and its customer service as well. Aside from having higher currency exchange rate, it has lower transfer fee as well compared to the banks. Not only that, you will also have your one FREE transfer and you'll have more as long as you send regularly and/or when you refer friends to sign up. This is highly recommended for international money transfer.

Hopeless..... took two days to verify address, even when they already had the info. Uploading docs via app had problems. Support was hopeless. Made DC payment for a transfer. App never updated and remained on "Awaiting Payment" status. After several days of messages to Help Desk, finally confirmed payment was received and despite assurance transfer was being processed it never was. Cancelled transaction and received full refund.

I have been using OrbitRemit for 7 years now and I never encountered any problem with them. The money transfer will take less than 24 hours. Their customer service is very accommodating and helpful. I once had erroneously transfer a money to a wrong account. I gave them a ring and they fixed it right away.

There is no one to contact when there os a problem.and their chat support is always unavailable. So you'll have to wait whether the money you sent would reach to its reciever. So its not advisable to send especially a big amount of money. Very unreliable

I had horrible experience with orbit remit.. firstly it takes more time to transfer than other platforms. And we have to converse to support through email and the support agent closes ticket abruptly... I had sent money and agent agrees that and still status shows awaiting payment and when I was about to ask that question agent closes the ticket
