why does the app need permission to my phone app? 3 stars until I get an answer. also the app itself is good but would be great if it provides an interface to communicate with the school - share information, feedback etc. i guess that's more of an administrative thing for the school to think about.

Always Shows Network connection error on my Mobile.. All other Apps are working properly. only This app shows network connection error. Please rectify. it works only on the WiFi. And my mobile data speed is more than 7 mbps

This app is not working. I have been with K12 going on 3 years, but it will not verify my credentials or send an OTP. The other K12 app has new features and works great. I left a 5 star review on it, but this app needs work. The app that is great is K12 too, but it is light blue with a book and yellow and white blocks coming out of the book.

Unable to see transport details. Only option available is fee details all other options seems to disappear. Same app works great on iPhone. Please fix the issue on priority.

New to K12 and I have constantly been suggested the app. It keeps saying credentials are invalid. When trying to sign up through the app it never would send the verification to my phone.

Don't receive notification, should at least ask for notification settings also. Not very user friendly when press back button in app it closes the app should add the functionality there as well

Absolutely useless app. I'd say the school site was worse, but at least it's based in the right country. App is useless and the school site is nearly as bad.

My credentials will not work on the app but do online, so I cannot upload the rest of the paperwork to finish enrollment! I have also tried to sign in as new user but I never recieved the code, I have since it multiple times, I even uninstalled and reinstalled....Not happy

I isnt opening properly. This is the worst app. How do i get to know my childs homework and classwork?i have uninstalled it and again tried it but there are no changes. It is comming as no data available . And this app should be really devoloped.

This app is good. But its like one way communication where only teachers can update. I feel there should be some features where parents can posts too. Posting our queries or some issues which could be delivered to the class teacher or subject teacher directly.

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK FOR LEARNING COACHES. I had installed this and couldn't sign in just like everyone else. I uninstalled and installed the K12 app and can sign in as a Coach. I'm not sure what the point of this app is.

very bad experience. installed and uninstalled app n number of times but issues still remains same. not getting notification on time. now new error- unauthorised user. not able to login. WOW

This is a horribe app , i am surprised how they were able to con schools to buy this . ios version does not work . android version if you are unable to do payment 1 time , you will be stuck for ever . we have wasted 2 days trying to do the payment from this app and it does not work . A college kid can design better functional app than this !!!

Was working fine for us last week and now that we are days from my son starting all we get is "Network error." Have the final docume t I needed to submit but I can't because "Network error." Can't get through on the phone number I was provided for assistance either. Not filling me with alot of confidence for my son's school year with this kind of support.

Hello Team The app is user friendly. But there are issues with fees receipt which are sent over email. The receipts gets cut towards the parent name section. Please fix these issues.

Awful. To enter the child's DOB you have to scroll for 20 mins. When the app says it sent OTP it never comes. This entire enrolling experience has been a nightmare.

One of the worst apps. Always asks to upgrade, yet very slow and hangs often. I wonder why schools are opting this junk!! Literally the most useless app.

The fee receipt is half printed when downloaded. After making fee payment you are redirecting to some login page. Please correct the error in your app. seems that nobody from k12 is checking the app ratings and comments.

This app is useless! I'm able to log onto the parent portal with no issues on my computer, but the app tells me that my credentials are invalid! I've had the K12 parent portal login for 3 years. Now that I'm trying to get my twins into K12, my credentials are invalid?!

Disappointed,Had this app before, couldn't log in.I decided to redownload it and try again today.I already have school login and NONE of our accounts work, not sure why. I'm not going to reregister.Hopefully it will work better in the future.I'm going to uninstall it again.

I cannot even log into my account. It keeps telling me my credentials are invalid, but I use the same credentials on my computer??? Please fix this. Other parents are having the same issue.

Installed on the advice of K12 enrollment specialist. Couldnt even get logged it. Was adding a 9 to my cell number so I couldnt even try to use the lost password feature. Completely useless.

It's a good app overall but I think that when there is an update it shouldn't be compulsory to update it, you should add a not now button so we can continue with that version and can update it later. I hope you do it.

Worst app. I made payment via online and status not showing and showing i have not paid money... My bank transaction shows money deducted... Need to be corrected issues. Worst worst app ever.

Invalid Credentials problem. I cant login at all thru this app but can online. Please don't reccomend this as an option to parents if it doesn't work.

Cannot open app at all. Immediately given message that cannot open. Very frustrating with school starting in less than 5 days.

This is the wrong app. Its the on with a Blue Book and little blocks coming off of it. I just got off the phone with a representative who told me this.

App closed while keep scrolling annoncements. It is okay for recents post but when you try to see the old posts then app get closed.Please fix this issue.
