excellent app very clean interface and its easy to use. very quick delivery my food reach in time and was still warm. im really happy about the service and would order again. i like that they even have an option to order using PayPal money. family from abroad can even order food for you and it comes at your door step

I'm trying to get delivery for food to elderly person so I download app. But only kfc seems to be only restaurant . Don't seem to offer much in ocho Rios, as they portrayed

The first time using them they took 3 hrs to deliver...the second time they took almost the entire night...there won't be a third

I paid for 45 minutes or less delivery, it's almost 2 hours now and still haven't gotten my order, no one have the common decency to call and apologise or said something

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I wouldn't order here. I ordered some food about 3 months ago and haven't received it or my refund. They ignored me and stole my money. I had to call my bank. worse food place

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR THIS COMPANY! My xperience was HORRENDOUS! Food was 1¾ hr late with NO call/email to advise of such! Aftr I exhaustd ALL efforts to contact Ordaz via phone & email, I receivd a POORLY writtn email, tht I wud b refunded; aftr my ppl were starvin & waitin! Also, they place ur PERSONAL CREDIT CARD billin info on the official ordr if ur orderin on behalf of some1 else. TACKY company + POOR SERVICE! 🤮They charg in US for overseas orders so d cost is CRAZY! $2500 = KFC Big Deal

Made an order at 2.46pm from triple century. Ordaz express called at 3.48pm saying the restaurant is closed an been closed for a while. Mind you l select the delivery for a hour. 3.48pm they doing pickup?an the number they provide on the website no one answerd. First and last will doing business with them pu$$y ya...as an follow jamaican it's waste of time doing business with jamaicans they lock the ability to meet their own requirements
