For the most part the app is easy to use but the developer made the horrible mistake of tying the product catalog to the app updates. This cause the app to show all new products as "unknown" items which get omitted from your order when submitted. It is not uncommon for the app to be 6+ months out of date with new products.
very slow system...and now even slower. IT apprently thought it would be smart to break up items into pages and now its even slower having to load more pages instead of scrolling down item lists...totally inefficient. took me 15 minutes to order supplies for one patient. unacceptable.
so inconvenient. Will keep as if it is scanning items so you have to actually look at the screen after every item. I could go on but no need to do so, you'll see for yourself if you download the app.
Love love love it! So easy to use. But now it force closes. Please fix!

The current version has a particularly annoying bug. The app crashes every time I attempt to download the invoices to check in orders. This bug makes the app virtually useless to me. *UPDATE* Still crashing on download. Now also crashing on upload.
It would be great if the camera scan was able to block out the screen except for the scan box.
I much rather this little app than the huge Telson machine I had to drag around when I had to make an order.
The app has potential to be good. I have tried to use it for inventory. If you don't want to lose the data you've already entered you need to send it somewhere. I entered 4 different areas and selected save before going on to the next area. The only area I have left is the last one that I just completed. The others are lost someplace or just gone. Waste of time.
No instructions how to use. Takes forever. Can't figure out how I know if it's per tab, card, bottle.
I wish I could say it does. It would be wonderful. Nothing works with Cardinal except the old telzons....such a disappointment.
used to work ok. now I get frequent errors when trying to upload orders. most common error says upload failed. sometimes it actually did upload, other times it did not. HIGHLY disappointed with INV feature. App no longer displays what I scanned for INV, so I cannot tell in real time if item was recognized. Bad on you, Cardinal- for forcing people to an app that doesnt work properly!!!
