Not functional at all. I tried both 4g LTE and wifi and it said connection error.
This app lets you order philz. Caviar is worse. Please keep this app square!
The app didn't work. I kept getting connection errors (even though my connect is great).
Garbage. I tried resetting my password a million times and it just reroutes me back to the order screen!
So it used to work now constant connection errors..
ZILLION times better than CAVIAR app . CAVIAR = Trumps Ideas
Saved me time consistently at lunch. It was always ready when I arrived.

Great for when you want to pick up yourself to save some time and money. Developers are responsive and app has gotten even better over time.
All restaurants we've ordered from and all restaurants in the list are not available for delivery (9/4/16). Seems like the app has gone out of business. Too bad!
App doesn't even check the wait times at the restaurant. It just gave me random wait times (more than 40 minutes or so when I said ASAP). When i checked into the store the wait was less than 5 minutes - twice. What's the point in ordering ahead if it is going to take more time than ordering in person at store. This is junk service, avoid it.
This is a great app if you need to order lunch in a limited amount time... If you need your food delivered...download the app for that...this one is for pick up.

convenient and useful
Has issues processing an order, quite frequently. Changes pickup time within a span of a few seconds which then doesn't allow me to order at all (chose ASAP). Very frustrating!
When their buggy app fails to place your order, you call their support team, they put you on hold, call the restaurant, place your order for you, then refuse to give you a credit for the inconvenience. You're better off just calling restaurants yourself.
I was referred to this app by the wife of a driver for this company, but they don't deliver, anymore. So, in essence, this app accomplishes the same thing as calling a restaurant to order for pick- up. Useless!
This app used to be great, when they offered a service people wanted. No delivery?? Garbage.
App redirects to a website. Don't waste time on download.
Happy to update when bug is fixed, but wanted to draw your attention to this strange issue. When I select one specific restaurant the app completely crashes. I reinstalled to no avail. I've tested whether I can select other restaurants and even other branches of this place. For some reason the app doesn't like the Philz at Embarcadero. You guys are from SF, so you know how traumatic this is! ;-) I love the app for ordering my coffee when I get on bart then walking right up and grabbing before I head to Work
A lot more restaurants are on here than I thought there'd be. After you start using it. it becomes second nature -esque to use it whenever possible.
Total scam, app doesn't even confirm if a restaurant offers delivery until the final order screen. Order confirmation is instant, app has a cancel button but it doesn't work. Number provided for our restaurant rang busy for 10 minutes before we have up. App support is a text number which only answers long after any problem could be fixed and doesn't actually offer any support of any kind and then simply never responds again. Straight up money stealer.
