Stopped working after my phone updated. I called the newport branch and was told by the person who answered hers was working, so it's my issue. Thinking of switching banks.

Unfortunately, the app doesn't work on my old Nexus 6 phone

My username and password the bankers gave me does not work, and my boyfriends account is telling him the same thing :/

Only annoying thing is that the app doesn't remember login info. I have to verify my email every time I log in.

Horrible. Seems to be constantly having issues. Every time I leave town, the app stops working. Getting real tired of it. Fix it or lose an account.

This app is just as bad as the first one. Most frustrating one ever. Doesn't save login & navigation is horrible. Rather just delete it and use regular online banking

It was working fine and then just stopped working. I never could load it onto my Ipad. Please, please fix this.

Iv been banking with ocb for about 3 yrs even though they r a small branch they have give me my best banking experience compared to bank of America ,us bank, and bank of the west

The new app is now up and running. It is a huge improvement over the old one. GREAT JOB!

this app never loads and is a waste of time

This app went from one of the easiest and useful apps to one of the ugliest least useful apps ever. There is no running total, all you are presented with is a bunch of transactions with amounts and it is visually awful.
