To begin using the Oregon Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app (Email & Password)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Oregon Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

Useless app. It won't let me book a ride anymore. For 3 weeks now this app has been useless. Calling the company itself is just as useless. Oregon Taxi is and always will be one of the worst around.
Could not make this actually work at all. Creating an account failed, and trying to run it again just results in a black screen
Tried to download for work trip, let me create account and add payment method but now I'm trying to schedule trip and just keeps crashing. Will have to use Uber or Lyft but was trying to "shop" local.
I've just spent 2 hours trying to set up this app with my info and it wont take my card. This the second time I've tried and failed. 🤬😡
This app needs lots of updates, crashes every other time it's opened
The app never works. Then had a driver tell me to get out of his car for not paying up front.
I really like the fact that I can order a taxi without having to call and speak to someone. The app is very easy to navigate. Good job !
Horrible app, even worse company. Rude, incompetent & dishonest drivers, rude dispatch.. If you want a truly horrible experience, use this cab company. Just look at all the problems they've had with their employees. (dui's, burglary to a customer by a driver, seems like endless complaints against them) Constantly ripping people off by pretending they miss a turn or just going the wrong direction all together. Research this company before using them, seriously, be careful, thanks :)
It worked long enough to let me enter my credit card info and now it won't open at all. Nice scam.
Horrible customer service, they lie about pickup times and have an awful attitude. Never again. Do yourself a favor and call UBER.

My main issue was that I had to put in my credit card number, I did that since I thought it would be faster than calling after being on hold for 15 minutes. However, now it won't give an option to delete my payment method without giving a second one first! It was bad enough that when I called, I was on hold so long it automatically transferred me to their medical assist team! They did offer to pick me up, but it would have been at least another hour, so I managed to scramble enough cash to take the bus instead.
Couldn't register. Told me my perfectly valid Gmail address was invalid.

Imagine Uber but made by a 5 year old. Completely useless app that would have been outdated 10 years ago. It "works" about a third of the time, and is only worth using to avoid their equally horrible call center. Great drivers, if you somehow manage to get a ride booked.
This app used to work fine, but now it crashes as soon as I open it and tells me I have to update even though there are no updates available. Annoyingly, the phone line and texts from this company keep pushing the broken app as being "faster".

So many things wrong with this app...... It would take all day.
Last Thursday night I scheduled a driver for the next morning for a ride to the airport. The driver was at my home a few minutes early and called my cell to let me know he was outside. Very nice guy, helpful with luggage and he knew the fastest route there from my house. The app had my credit card info to cover the actual cost of the trip on the meter and I paid the driver cash for a 20% tip. However, when I received a receipt via email shortly afterward I discovered that the app had also provided my driver with a tip - WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I always tip taxi drivers, but I don't usually give 40% tips, and the app really shouldn't charge costumers for tips without their permission. I've informed the Google Play Store of this as well. In light of these two things I won't be using Oregon Taxi to get back home from the airport this Friday.
its really sad that an idea this good turns out to get 1 star from me. I actully was very happy with this app. I planned on giving 4 stars. Then they charged me 3.79 tip on my card after we tipped 5 dollars cash. what a shame you turned out to be so greedy Oregon Taxi. what a shame indeed. you lost a customer that was a 25 dollar fare per trip for less then 4 dollars.
