Organ Trail: Director's Cut

Does anyone have a fix for the broken saves? I tested it to see if I had the bug early on, and lo and behold I do. It'd be a good game if it worked, but it doesn't. There's also some odd lag and minor issues with the GUI. I like to buy the same game on multiple platforms, but this save issue is ruining my enjoyment. I don't have it in good faith the steam version is going to be any better maintained. Cute concept ruined by lack of maintenance.

At the moment the game will have one star. This is not my critique of the game, because I can't even play it. I have a very annoying bug (or at least I think it is.) At the very start of the game during the shooting tutorial, when the player runs out ammo, normally Clements will spawn on the right hand side of the screen. Unfortunately that does not happen and I die every single time. I hope someone will see this so that I can eventually play the game I paid for.

DON'T BUY TGE EXPANSIONS. IT DISAPPEARS. I tried contacting the developer through their email about the matter but didn't got any response. I bought the two expansions from the game, but after playing it for an hour, the expansions disappeared. I tried restoring it, but it just says, "Waiting for response from the store," and nothing happens. I will change my rating once I get a response..

You couldn't ask for a better game on mobile. It has awesome retro graphics that throw back to the game that inspired it, "The Oregon Trail." The story and theme of the world are interesting and captivating, and it leaves you wanting more explaination... The mystery of the, "Why" and, "How" are perfect for this game. You get tid bits of story from passersby, which is really cool. The game play is difficult in all the right ways. It is a lot of fun. Highly highly recommended. STILL GREAT IN 2021!

A really good game. I enjoy the graphics and the music, and the gameplay is tightly immersive; the minigames are fun enough, and none of them ever got boring or hard. You'll spend a lot of bullets, tires, food and hours trying to survive in this post-apocalyptic America.

Wow! So much old school memories. All I did was repair the car. Sell Stuff to buy scrap to attempt to repair the car in mini wrench and bolt game. Drive some then repair the car. Sell ammo, food and your grandmother to buy scrap to try and fail to repair the car. Then it breaks down and you trade, and walk around looking for scrap to... Guess what... Repair the car. This game should be called: Repairing the car on the zombie trail.

The saves are broken, if I leave the game then come back, the games I've saved aren't there, I also have to restore purchase every time, so the game doesn't seem to save anything, pls fix. The game is fun. Edit: thanks for fixing the save problem and everything.

controls take a bit to get used to but all in all a good game. I have it on the vita and its great. Using touch instead of a controller makes it harder. Also there is a bug where the sound cuts out. hope it get an update to fix this and maybe controller support.

If you liked the original Oregon trail, you'll fall madly in love with this game, just like I did! I have played it 4 times already, and each experience is a bit different. Simple, and complex at the same time, couldn't ask for a better rendition of an all-time classic!

So I actually played this on my fiancé's phone and I LOVED it! I was pleasantly surprised by just how engrossing and engaging the gameplay, resource management, and story were so when he needed his phone back, I immediately grabbed mine and bought it. I'm about to purchase the DLC; 10/10 definitely playing again!

Edit: I see the save game issue is solved so I've updated my review, really excited about this I appreciate it. Original: I love this game and everything it's about but there's one minor technical issue. I have the Galaxy S21 Ultra and this game is quite outdated now for the version of Android I run. As a result the game is unable to keep saved games, making me have to reduce my rating from 5 to 1. If the devs are out there somewhere, please update the game for newer versions of Android!

So they randomly have your characters die through an arbitrary dialogue that you can't control near the end of the game. "Character X has wandered off and is gone." It just happens and you can't do anything, which makes unlocking vehicles impossible. Game just decides to not let you achieve things to unlock items. I do not recommend buying this or the extra features.

I impulsively purchased the game with expansion packs because it looked REALLY good. It's kinda cool but way too much of the game relies on combat mechanics that are flat out abysmal. You use your finger to draw a line and shoot but....your finger covers up too much space to accurately aim. I might play again since I own it but I wouldn't recommend buying it.

Do you like playing Oregon Trail? Do you wish it took place in modern times and there were also zombies? Then this is the game for you! I curse and yell and I can't stop playing it. The controls are a little awkward at first, but fine once you get the hang of them. If you like the game, spring for the expansions, they do add a lot of what I thought the game was lacking.

Horrible controls on mobile, game can't tell difference from shooting or moving. Reload should be automatic. Also constant stream of everything going wrong at all times when on the road for no reason or explanation, just someone sneezed and broke a leg while riding in a car I guess.

Love this game!! I bought the expansions and do not regret it! One problem though. Any time I get a notification on my phone, the game sounds, music and all, completely stop working. I honestly can't figure out why. I have to close the game completely to get it to work again.

Can't save. There are four save slots however every time I leave the game, even after I select quit, my progress is lost. The game play itself as a lot of fun, but isn't worth it if you can't save your progress.

Hard to shoot, controls are difficult yo use on phone, can't aim when my fingers are blocking the screen. It would be easier if this game was on a laptop or desktop, but for phone, the shooting mechanics are just awful. I didn't wanna deal with it so I just dropped this game like 5mins. It looked promising too, oh well waste of $3.

This game is incredible, and I love it! it is great game if you are into strategizing and managing resources. I love the variety in encounters, boss fights, and the tombstones that open up for more playthroughs.
