I'm not someone who writes reviews, but this app is amazing and needs more people saying so. I purchased the lifetime app for my android devices as well as a web version subscription. I had previously used Allrecipes almost exclusively for the last 16 years. That app is a nightmare to use now, while this one is a dream. Transferring recipes from other sites was a snap, and they transferred completely. Now I can see recipes without tons of ads or blog entries that go on and on. Very happy.
Customer service is fantastic. Even when there are issues or bugs, they are always quick to resolve them. Platform is amazing. Love that I can have all my recipes together, look them up at the grocery store if I need to for ingredients, and the multiple ways I can upload an categories them. Great app, great service!
I am so glad this app exists. I was looking for a way to organize all of my recipes and add pictures to clear out my messy pile of magazines and written recipes. This goes beyond expectations to email recipes and set up shopping lists. It's perfect.
This is an amazing app! I love it! No more being at grocery store wanting to make something specific for dinner, only to realize you forgot your recipe at home. I can just pull it up on my phone right there. Also, very helpful at parties when, someone likes what you brought you can show them the recipe or just have them load the app and swap recipes back and forth. I also have a tablet mounted to my kitchen cabinet and I use this app on there everyday! It's so great, thanks for creating it! 😁
I love using this app! It is easy to enter my favorite recipes so I have them on hand while at the grocery store. Plus I can pick up any items for new recipes I have saved.
I love this app! I was searching for it for a long time. Very easy to import a recipe, even by taking a picture from a cooking book you are holding in your hands for a few minutes in a library. You can categorize your recipes any way you want - by using already existing categories or by adding your own. There are many ways to search for a recipe- by the name, by the ingridient, by category, by the tag you attached before, by looking at the pictures etc. Excellent customer service and price!
This is THE recipe organizer app I have been looking for for years. It does exactly what I need, organize my many recipes by simply taking a pic, or several, I only need type a title and tag the folders I want to find the recipe in. I don't need to type the freaking recipe which many other apps require AND I can do recipes in different languages because the app does not care about what's in the pictures. It's so simple and yet done with so much care, I really simply just love it!
This app is everything I want it to be for recipe storage. Once in a while I experience some issues but the customer service is incredible. Rachel emailed back and forth with me to correct the problems. A well-thought-out-app with excellent customer service? Install it today!
I am not even a big cook but i love the simplicity of this app. I can easily copy a recipe from the web into here. I have 3 so far. I cant say much about other features. I havent tried them and probably wont ascooking is not my thing. What i know is its great for someone who wants a quick, simple way to store recipes. Thanks for making this available.
My 12 year old daughter and i have really enjoyed this app; collecting new recipes and uploading a pix of her creations. Then capturing our favorite online receipts and including them in the app is the best feature ever! What a brilliant idea! I love it. It's nice to have a place to put recipes I really like that isn't just a bookmark or link to a website. I write down original recipes in here as well. Thank you for making such a helpful app!
Loving this app so far. It is the all in one that I have been looking for. I can keep my recipes from cookbooks send the web all in one place, and I can organize and search for things so easily. I didn't need an app that gave me recipes, I needed one to organize the ones I had. Thank you!
I love this app, however, a few of my recipe folders just recently disappeared. If I type in keywords I can find recipes I placed in them, but have not found a way to make the folders show up again. They do not appear when I go to edit folders either.
I like the app but I heard it can save only 20 recipes. So I have downloaded another app where you can download any number of recipes. So the day I reach 20 recipes I will switch to the other app. I don't want to spend ,when I get another app for free. Though I like your theme options. It's quite vintage. Good work.
Really great tool, but it's useless to me now unless I agree to go premium. The free version only allows up to 20 recipes to be stored, so I have to transfer all my recipes to another app and start from scratch (pun intended).
I have absolutely LOVED OrganizeEat!!! It is the first recipe organizer, shopping list, menu planner that I have ever found that works great for me. I have all my recipes in one place, which is quite the miracle. Thanks tons for making this for me.
So far it's pretty good. I was looking at another that can scan and print out everything but the cost is more than I want to pay. This is really a good app. You can take a picture and use it without a lot of typing; however the printed recipes aren't very easy to read. I'll stick with this one for a while.
I can finally get recipes off the internet with out having to read about all about some random person life. This app is amazing for storing recipes, looks great, and is easy-to-use. I even got my 70 year old mom to start using it.
The thing I like best about this app is that you can sync your recipes to the cloud. I love that I never have to lose another favorite recipe because I got a new phone and the move apps function didn't work.
Just started using the app. But so far so good. Have only explored the import recipe feature and it's works flawlessly. Another great feature is the inspiration and ideas tab, very resourseful. Well done for now.

Love this app.... I have had this app for a few months now. I have wrote a few recipes myself and added from the web. It is totally great. Easy to use and always with me when I go to the store to grab what I need. Yes I would recommend to anyone

Extremely easy to use. Love that recipes stored in this app can be shared with others. My sister lives across the country and this makes it so easy to share our new favorite recipes.
Tested many apps for collecting my recipes, but this was the only one I loved. It's well designed, very easy to use, works flawlessly and has no annoying ads
Second Update: I went ahead and purchased a lifetime subscription. This is an amazing app with friendly personal interaction with the developers. The features are improving all the time and it's truly a joy to use. Update: wow thanks for the response i actually just emailed you to ask about those features for Android. That's great news! Any chance the shipping list/ingredients will be scalable in case I want to double a recipe? It would also be great to be able to share the shipping list if it isn't already. Really a well thought out app with a nice feature set. I have never paid for an app but this might be my first, especially since they don't have any in app ads. I'll provide an update if I purchases.
edit: After using the app for over a year I changed my rating from 5 to 2 stars - #1 the web version is very mediocre, #2 the mobile and web version are now priced separately, when I bought the app originally that was not the case. So much for compatibility. This is not a good experience. Will be looking for better app. Truly Great App. My recipes were all over, from Google docs to handwritten notes, and I was always short on an important ingredient, because I couldn't remember where I'd put the recipe and what on Earth was in it. I'm now fully organized and ready to take my cooking experience to the next level.
