Such a horible app i have ever used. I entered details to make monthly payment but the app suddenly got closed. Then i reopened and tried to make payment but there was no pay now option itself. And showing "No due for this month". This is not a whatsapp or insta to wait until the issue get resolved, it is money oriented thing. So make sure to test ur platform several times before launching it
App is not responding I'm trying to pay amount it shows no response server error and it's not the first time this is happening for a long time not only for me my friend also facing same issue. Please upgrade the app this is my kind request and do the needfull is there any easy way to pay amount.
Worst app. I have tried to pay the monthly installment when the gold rate was low. But am not getting the pay option, it shows that no due for this month. I have paid till April'2022 and trying to pay the may month scheme on 3rd of may.
Not at all updating the payment details, very bad experience from this app. I made my monthly payment and received the receipt also but still showing payment due for the same.
Unstable version. I'm getting reoccurring pop up "Customer is not authorized to access %resources" i have to force kill the App to get rid of this pop up.
Unable to pay online payment. Care support is also bad. No one is responding for issues. Customer service number was switched off.
Worst experience! After making payment it's not updated.. For another flexi plan can't able to make payment for this month but it shows no due for this month..
Waste application, can't even login to that, when I called to customer care, they are also not responding... I don't know why are you guys giving offers for online purchases, there we can not able purchase any .. first time I am writing a review... Worst experience...
Good app easy to use. It would be better if two of these features were provided. 1. Historic grt rate of gold silver platinum 2. Predictive rates ( a range) for next seven days.
For the past 8 months app was working smoothly. But after the recent updates, online payment cannot be done. Whenever i try to make payment, it is showing "application request is not present".
My overall experience is good with this app. Initially I was unable to make the scheme payment online. After met the GRT representative they showed me how to do payments. Now,I am also checking gold rates everyday.
I usually paid the gold scheme on the last day of every month. But at that time only this app will not work. So my monthly payments were missing frequently.
On receipt of SMS I tried to remit the instalment. But all my attempts failed. Only message received was Transaction Unsuccessful. Not known whether it was due to Card or App failure...
Bad new update! Unable to make payments in this version, nor it reflects the right status of the payments!! please roll back to the previous version
Very worst app, no support from tech side... tried to call the contact us number no response....waste of time...pls donz download this app. These guys making fun of us.....utter UI design....
Very worst experience I had with this app. After paying my monthly installment,I was getting timeout expired error message and the page went blank. Even I got the message from bank that amount has been debited, still the app showing due for this month.
Hi, the app is good.. it is very easy to make the payments for the saving schemes.
Worst experience with Oriana and grt people. Even after trying to contact them several times regarding my issue of lost record of payments in their database, no response yet to be received.

It's not functioning properly, always giving some error and not proceed for payment. It should be more intuitive.
Latest version is having issue in opening the application, When trying to open the app it is automatically getting closed. Kindly tech team look into the issue to fix it. Please update with fixed latest version ASAP will be appreciated.!

Worst app ever.For password reset even if a valid mail id is given ( invalid mail id) error message is popping. When i try to pay for saving scheme, I am getting Try again later ..processing error message.I am not able to pay for sometime.This app is really testing people's patience.Lot of bugs. Please identify the bug and clear them.Make it effecient for end users. Not at all user friendly.
Awesome app. UI can be better to make the jewellery appealing. Also try come thing similar to Lenskart virtually wearing it.
Online transaction are often getting declined and amount is debited. Also the customer support call us option number is not active for Savings scheme
Good previous visit, today full of errors... almost 1 hour for making payments... "Previous transaction under process..." error is preventing next payment effort
Worst app even though we pay through bhim app it's not reflecting in the application, to get the return of monney it takes life from us. Worst customer service as well.

Very worst application with lot of bugs. I'm unable login to account even though I gave correct credentials it says invalid username and password.. before that I made a payment and cash debited but it's not showing in application and again I'm unable to make payment. Useless app. Need to be fixed otherwise customer will think to opt any new schemes
