App keeps crashing. Starts to open and load then closes down.

Moto droid bionic Can't register on the app. Enrolled in the "Inner circle" through the website, but that doesn't help. Please fix.

The registration button seems to be inactive.
Recently stopped working on Samsung Galaxi s21. Customer with s20 says they experienced same. Tap icon, thinking wheel spins, then goes back to app icon.
