Lately there are login issues. It just givs option to renew the policy but it does not have any options for alteration in policies like edit address or correction in name or DOB. VEHICLE INSURANCE CANNOT BE RENEWED as it gives FOOLISH statement vehicle more than 10 years cannot be renewed online. There are no options to change sum insured that is to increase or decrease SA. Renewing Fire Insurance policy is also a Bug... It does not renews and directs to go to near office... Kindly upgrade App
Neither the app works nor the website to get the quotes for renewal of policy. While registering asks for occuptation where there is supposed to be a dropdown it is blank. Doesnt let u type either. And they will feel offended when we say all SARKARIs are useless & that they shud be privatized. BTW works well with policybazar & other portals. Definite exchange of 💰 would have happened.
Renew premium is showing error. All govt owned organization and correponding apps have a score of 3 or less and totally useless. Congrats!! Nothing wrong in selling to private. At least quality will be good though cost is high.
Dont trust this company. They are not at all supportive. I tried to renew vehicle insurance thru this app. The money got deducted but it showed renewal not successful so amount woukd be credited back within 10 days. Even after 15 days, ut hs pending. When i reached out to their customercare, they simply say to contact bank collect error details and send the details to them. Very embarrassing approach. Better go to other service providers.
Very mystical app .....was able to figure out how to get my policy to display ....there ends the function of the app for me.....tried downloading and viewing option ....the app crashed......tried renewal.....it gave error message and asked me to contact system administrator....... existence or purpose of app is hard to figure out ..... Oriental should conduct training classes on how to use the app and prevent it from crashing for those who want to use it
18.06.2021....issue still not resolved......looks like the company believes in complete SARKARI style of working.. Update has failed. The app does not open on samsung m30s device. Earlier it was opening and showing details but the details were back dated....renewed policy was not showing in the app. Please look into. In the latest update issued on 10.04.2021...issue resolved. But the issue of details not getting updated still not resòlved, please look into. Today at 11.00pm....on 06.06.2021.
App is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times but it keeps on crashing. Kindly fix these bugs as soon as possible.
Renew policy feature is not working. Neither giving error nor any message. Pathetic application. During this pandemic , all we have to stay home but due these kind of services, we have to go out and physically present in the office to get our work done
Average app, when i am trying renew my policy it calculates the amount but do not show the break ups. I feel like OI wants customer should pay blindly with knowing the health insurance calculated for each person in family floater plan. The first year premium i paid was around 14k but now i have been asked to pay 18k not sure why? There is no age group change as well.
The app crashes. I installed the app because I couldn't pay through their site. It also crashed. What a pity. OICL team pleas do something.
premium amount differing while entering all details in first page and while doing payment it is showing higher amount of premium amount for new vehicles. it is not matching with the calculated premium. very worst.

What app is this? I made the payment of 10290 from Paytm which got debited, however the app shows payment failure. Before this I tried almost 10 times and then was able to make the payment and now they say transaction failure. I want my money back, right away.
I wanted to renew my OICL health policy through mobile online. But after feeding existing policy no. 311700/48/2021/296 and adhar I failed to proceed any more. Besides, there shows alert - "female dependent status cannot be left blank if age exceeding 26 years". Customer Service should help me with immediate advice through email, phone call.
The application was working fine was very friendly for agents,After recent updates,app gets crashed or showing as logged in some other devices. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
Hai, This is Venkatreddy I have paid the insurance through app one small mistake I had done, I had entered the policy number last number was mistakenly entered ,the policy was renewed can it cancelled and refunded. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount .
Worst App. Many city of odisha and also Bhubaneswar city entered in many names but some pin of BBSR is missing. IN DOB section there is no option to jump to required year. Address type selected but asked to fill both res & office. User ID not selected to enter.
v poor app. and support. cant even download or view policy document. I can see in reviews-since months ppl. have rated u poor and this issue has been highlighted , still you have not corrected as of today. this shows your lethargy and callous approach towards customers.
Not able to download policy with agent login. Always shows download failed when clicked on link. Seems to be problem with Samsung mobiles. Please fix the bug
Mobile app is not working, I didn't know what they are updating, I request not to get update any version, as app developer is not knowing what to do. Due to this agents are suffering a lot.
It was a very good application in insurance industry but after the recent update agents are not able to login when we are entering the OTP automatically the app crashes and we are not able to login

Totally useless... when i start to renew my policy it says "session expired contact oicl office" when i contact their office they said they are also getting same problem and not only this their website is also showing this message. Hence nothing is done, just wasted my time. Therefore i decided to get a insurance from another company.....
Not user friendly. Unable to add my renewed policy in app. Still shows 2020 policy in app as of may2021. Couldnt add my 2021 policy . Having same userID and mobile number for both old and new ploicy.
Could not register as pincode of kurukshetra is not in drop down menu. Without registering, could not renew medical policy. Got system error. Not a user friendly app
whenever i do insurance policy on this app payment go sucess but they system error occured and no policy no. or policy document is issued. This is the problem please resolve the issue. Thankyou.
My policy itself does not show in the app... It is showing only previous 2 years policy while my policy is 6 years old... Why making some trash app.. In you want to serve then do a better job or dont do it at all...
It gives me great confidence to know a company that can't even maintain a mobile app is incharge of my insurance. App crashes, when it used to open - it was useless. How hard is it to make and maintain an app... Shows the efficiency & reliability of the organization.
