App froze up and was not easy to navigate. Better than using their website to order, but still very frustrating and took way too much time to order.
I've tried it several times, but it always freezes up. Especially if I sign in, rather than using the guest mode.
I currently give it 1 because there is no way to get a pick up time or set a pick up time. Fix this and give a pick up time and/or let us set a time for pick up and I will change it to 5.
Why dont you have delivery as an option, in that case why isnt ginos on a real delivery app like doordash and maybe they could generate more buisness just an idea.
Works as intended. Can place orders, look at menus, find restaurant locations.
I like it but there needs to be a way to see the orders and payments from the account.
Simple and easy to use.. now for the pick up tho..

Pizza use to be THE BEST, NOW It seem to have a peculiar taste and restaurant has a mice odor.
Beware the app will only let you order small pizzas. Ginos has the best pizza ever😁

Try to add pizza to the cart, keeps asking to select "on top", can't select it, can't skip it, can't add pizza to cart.....can't order, so useless.
kept telling me location was closed but listed as open, otherwise good
The Gino's I order from, phones are always down so this app helps with that. It's very convenient.

Never had a problem with this app and have used it repeatedly. I would like to suggest there be an option to order and have someone else pick up for you by submitting their name. Of I order my kids can't pick up because they have to show ID and credit card. I can send the cc with them, but not giving them my DL.
