I have reservations. While the new layout is awesome, especially when it shows you your full account number, cd maturity dates, interest rates, etc, my wallet was stolen 5/20 and I went to the app to turn off my three debit cards and it was no longer an option. The only thing that showed was card swap, whatever that is. I had to call and talk to an after hour rep while holding for a substantial amount of time to get thru and someone could have placed online orders, ATM withdrawal, anything.

Not Good when i first started all was good but now on the menu side is where my problem is. The complete menu is not loading up on my phone or my desk top and i do not know why and no one at Orion can or will help me and I need help and I need this system to work because I depend on it.

The new design not only fixes every issue and bug I had and saw, but added a lot of great features I am already using well. Very very very good update.

Ever since the update this app is literally so confusing. I just need to know what's in my checking and savings accounts. The other stuff is superfluous and frankly unnecessary.

Horrible new upgrade. No way to lock and unlock debit cards. Too many options that I will never use.

It takes too long to get the information. Other information on the app is unnecessary. Just keep it simple so we can keep it moving.

It's not user friendly now since it's been changed. It was way easier to navigate before

It gives me more options to view where I'm spending the most money which I can actually cut out and save more

I love the new look. There is an extra ease to navigate.

The only way to see your transfer activity via app is by checking the box 'saved transfer' but now an error code appears and I can no longer see that. You don't even have the option if you do a transfer on your desktop. So now I'd have to call in everytime to inquire about external transfer history. Never seen this before and this app is not as convenient like many other apps.

It's ok but not the best banking app I've ever had. It won't let me set up quick access. It just keeps spinning the wheel and never does anything. When you get to a certain point I don't get to hit login after I enter my credentials. I have to say it's not me then enter them all over again. It's very frustrating using this app. I have it 2 stars only because it has potential if someone really works on the app.

App was working just fine until a month and a half ago. I receive error messages everytime I attempt a log-in. I prefer to bank online and this is a major inconvenience. I would prefer it if you don't send me an automated message giving me the same number I've already dialed and gotten no solution to my issue. The better thing to do would be to actually fix the problem. You all are an excellent credit union in person but your digital presence is very subpar at best.

I've had this app for a few years now, I loved the easy access to my accounts, but for the past few days, I haven't been able to log in at all. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. It won't accept my log in and always says "an error occurred". Once this is fixed, I'll fix my review, because I really want to give it 5 stars. Update: The issue has been fixed. Thank you again for taking the time to reply to my review!

This app and the online banking for Orion is absolutely terrible! It is very undependable!! It continuously gives errors messages when attempting to login, which means when I need to look at my account of course at the most inopportune time I cant get in. For this Reason, I will be redirecting my direct deposit and MAYBE use Orion for savings only.

UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW: Very responsive to these reviews!😊 they reset my issue with quick assess. Yes, fixed it. Just tried to sign in and was successful. No other issues to report. Meets all my needs. Very convenient.

I was using the app without any problems but I got a new phone and now I cannot set up a quick access pin code. I was able to set it up on my iPad but it appears the Android version will not work.

The Money Desktop hasn't updated my balance since May 22nd. The notifications for large amounts and over budget come at least a week or more late, not when it happens. I don't like having to enter my card number everytime someone sends me money, especially if I'm already logged in.

Have not been able to access Quick Access, has worked in the past, logged in and out several times. Hate this new lay out, not convenient at first glance anymore.

Unable to mobile deposit check. It keeps asking to retake picture. No option to accept picture. The picture is good quality.

I've attempted to install this app on my Android several times. Each time I receive a code via email to type in and submit, I get an 'Invalid Input' error message. The ironic part is I've been a member when it was not Orion, but MATCU and I'm not able to see my account information...crazy.

I am having an issue sending money, it keeps saying Systen Error. Can this be fixed? Otherwise, this is a great App, Great Bank and some of the sweetest customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. Keep up the great work Orion.

Great App....... Works well for my needs, Expect Mobile Deposit is a Headache when Back of Check Constantly Blurring causing Retake after Retake! Time Consuming! UPDATE!

I'm like everyone else ...have a new car loan..want to pay online. Cant remember password..everytime I try to get it get error message. Talk to associate they say they cant give it to me .I have to get it this way.
