Only helpful for the actual banking. Thought id be able pay my car loan with the app, sadly I could only view the balance and have to use the actual website to make electronic payment. Like how they have fingerprint login. They did get me the best rate on my renance so I can deal with it! If I could pay my loan through app id give a 5...
I have been an Orlando Credit Union member for over 40yrs. Love the ease of check deposits and making bill payments. This app is a great addition to the OFCU services!
The app is very straight forward although some of the layout get messed up because of the phone resolution
Mobile deposit is awful. Turn check 90 degrees, so take a horizontal picture of a vertical document. This is the worst part of the app.
All my banks: Chase, SunTrust/Truist & Launch Federal Credit Union ) all have fingerprint ID access to Mobile Banking!! With all the problems I have with accessing my mobile banking accounts from Ormond Beach, I wonder why I should continue banking with your antiquated system that requires me to use Publix ATMs for transactions! When I was about to buy a Pickup truck at your advertised rate of 1.89%, I was told you ended that promotion at the 1st of the month! I am NOT a happy camper!!!
Bank access is fine but check deposits are a bit slow. It sure is easier than driving to the bank.

transfer from one account number to another does not show up in either account that the transfer was made except the account the transfer came from shows amount is missing in the balance

Does not recognize my username or password. Called twice and nobody could help.
Why has it stopped working??? Opens then closes. This has been going on for weeks
Use to be good but they removed my ability to log in with my finger print.

My experiences using the OCU app have been very positive. I am grateful it has clear navigation, and has not crashed on me during use. I have been able to accomplish transactions in the app as I do on my laptop.
