The only thing working is the "unauthorized action" message for everything. Please stop inviting to use this app if it is not working!
Excellent App, easy to use, helpful when you travel with Orleans Express.
They clearly dont care about customers... i wanted my FREE points back cause i made a little error and then they canceled all my 1000 points.. do u know how long it took me to accumulate this. You guys are not kind and not good as a company.
App crashes on my Samsung Note 8 App restarts whenever I try to find bus.
Had to install the app to access the tickets I bought. Disgusting
* Using the password recovery is broken with developer error message * Creating an account report an error, but works anyway * Login for the first time fails, the second time works * The login email is reset everytime you fail to enter the right password * It offers a button to scan credit card, but it prints an useless error * The credit card confirmation code is displayed, that voids PCI-DSS * No support for Android Pay for the credit card information
The web site accepts very long passwords; the app doesn't. I had the luck I could still change my password on time so I could access my e-ticket. On my return trip login kept giving an "unauthorized action" error. If not for the ticket I saved in Dropbox, I would have missed my bus. Unreliable app.
I got everything done and when it camw to confirming my trip, the app crashed. So I started again. Now I have 4 tickets instead of 2 and they will not refund it all to be. Absolutely terrible app and no one should use it ever. I am extremely upset and will NEVER be travelling with Orleans Express unless absolutely necessary.
