To use the Orrstown Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Orrstown Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Very clear and easy-to-use app. Check your balance, remotely deposit checks, and transfer between accounts quickly and easily. You can even add external transfer accounts through the app. Highly recommend this app if you have an account with Orrstown.
Mobile deposits suck, takes too long to approve transactions
Since the update this app won't open. It says "can't establish a secure connection, check for updates". I installed it on my iPad now and it works great, so must be a problem with my phone. A super easy way to manage my bank account and make deposits.
I would give it zero stars since update if I could. Since the online banking update nothing works. Debit card won't work in ATMs at stores, for days. The mobile banking has not worked with any of my finance apps. They suggested I delete all of the other accounts and create new accounts. It would be better just to change banks. Used to be a great bank now the entire bank experience with Orrstown is horrible. My account is virtually unusable unless I go to the teller. Contacting FDIC!!!!!!
I like the app but you get no notifications on any activity, the loading of information on balance and transaction history is sometimes very slow or very fast ther is no inbetween. Also I used the feature to lock my card and it said locked on the app but I somehow got charged for an amazon order my step daughter made without permission when it should have been denied because I had locked that card.
The app is convenient. It takes a while tho to update and sometimes its temperamental when processing a remote deposit. I'm set up to receive notifications for low balance but it only sends notifications after I login.
Honestly one of the best banking apps out there, i have two accounts 1 belonging to orrstown, and the other members 1st. The differences between the two are night and day. Members 1st is absolutely terrible it never lets me sign in to my account and on top of that when it does work the biometrics dont work and i have to sign in using my bank id, but the orrstown bank app has always run smoothly, im able to make transfers and deposit checks fast in as little as a few days.
I set it to notify me when my account balance is low. Never get the notifications until i log into the app. Immediate notifications of low balance is the only reason I wanted the app, and it fails at it.
Works great for me. Balance, transactions, debit card enable/disable switch, etc. It's all in a nice easy to use package.
It's the greatest way to do banking!!! Deposit checks, transfer from one account to another, get up date balances. No need to keep a paper register. THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT PROGAM!
It's a great app. It does exactly what I need it to do and makes transferring money and checking my balances in my account fast and simple.
Smooth, reliable, and simple. Exactly as it should be. Remote deposit works flawlessly.
New update is garbage. Makes mobile deposit nearly impossible. No amount of light allows it to work and even perfectly clear images cant be read. This was the final straw with Orrstown.
Rare that the app is down, extremely easy to use.will notify immediately if there is an issue.you won't find out days later if something didn't go through correctly
I like older version. When asked which checking account you want to use you can't see the account number. So I deposited it the wrong account.
Just started using app a few days ago, so far it has been very user friendly and easy to navigate. No ads so far!
Slow to sync, slow to update, lately it takes 4-5 days before it updates funds in account. Works 80% of time.
Very user friendly. If help is needed, just give a call and it gets fixed in minutes not days. KUDOS TO YOU ORRSTOWN.
The update is terrible. Everything much slower, accounts and transactions take too long. Can I go back to old app?

Very good bank app. I can say its on the level of ease and fluidity with Chase bank which is a much larger bank.
The service from them at Rosedale is very professional and they are very caring and helpful we need more people like them in this world.

Keeps experiencing errors. Removed it then installed multiple times and still get errors and won't load or update
It fully sucks. It keeps closing out on me. I have yet to see the inside of the app. Definitely needs fixed!
It takes a long time to load transactions, the old app used to update instantly but this one just sits and spins
I deal with several banks, Orrstown Bank policies and customer service is terrible. Their app is also the least modern app of the other 3 bank apps on my phone
I love this app. I've had Orrstown for years as my bank and a few years ago I moved around 200 miles from the branch I used. This app lets me deposit checks into my account easily and the very few times I've had an issue with the app the great people who work in customer service helped me get right back at it. Every single time it was me and not the app that messed up though. 😂 Thank you Orrstown for making my life so much easier.
