I've never been able to log into the app. It keeps saying that it's the wrong pin or something
Keeps blocking my account even though I put all of my information in correctly. Had to call and get the password change 5 times now. Please fix

It logs out every time I try to take a picture of checks to deposit. Never happened until I got my new phone.
Been working since I called in and hadit reset
It has been wonderful. But the last two days I can't login. It keeps saying invalid user name or password. I never changed it so why is it invalid.

More often than not it has trouble executing a request whether it is checking a balance or making a transfer, it just churns and then eventually times out. I do like the remote deposit feature and have not had a problem with that part of the app. Just wish it wouldn't hang and time out when trying to transfer funds or view balances.
Simple, easy to use interface but limited functionality. For example, I have no mobile deposit option on my GS4 or IPhone. That feature was a big reason i chose Orrstown after having and loving PNC's app.
Every time I need to enter username, can this app give option to remember it??? ......Better than previous app... Good design. Check deposit is now available. So like to add one more star ....
It's okay but I think I should be able to balance my checking account. And print statement. Many thingd should be added and corrected. Should be able to view upcoming direct deposits and date to become available amount from who etc.
This is by far the best app Orrstown has had ever!! I love the new check deposit feature!!
Can't access anything on my account, very poor.
Worked great for over a year. Then suddenly it said I had no internet connection and wouldn't let me even attempt to log in. My connection was fine. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, same issue. No response from customer service. Deleting the app since I haven't been able to use it for almost two months.
It doesnt show your balance, the way it should. If i buy something i want to be able to see how much i have left right away not 3 days or more later, just to find out i only have a little money left and that isn't even a correct amount, so then i buy something thinking i have enough money, but then i get an overdraft fee. That is stupid, it is not my fault i spent what it said I had in my account, so now when i get more money i owe them 37$. Absolutely stupid. FIX IT or im going to another bank that actually knows what they are doing.
Won't let me even use it because every time I open it it says that there's a connection error when everything is fine >:(
App won't load transactions and times out; sends me back to login screen instead of loading some features.
