With this App you have access to your schedule any time at any place. Furthermore the schedule of your colleagues and latest changes to your schedule are available. You can even enter requests, update your shift and enter a request to swap your shift with a colleague!
The ORTEC Employee Self Service App is free for users of ORTEC Workforce Scheduling that include the module Employee Self Service.
Features*:
- access to your schedule and the schedule of your colleagues
- overview of the latest changes to your schedule
- update the begin or end time of your shift
- access to counters like your leave of absence balance
- enter (and remove) a request for leave, vacation, a duty or to work/not work in a period

I can't edit or delete shift requests. Apparently it should be possible in the browser version but I can't find it there either.
Edit: I think constructive feedback is better than complain... 1. When i start to app, connection problem appears, then i start again and works. 2. When i go to schedule then come back tapping doesn't work. 3. I saved my password but at every turn i need write again, it can't get it. 4. If we can sync the schedule with Google calendar, it will be cool
This app has stopped working on my phone i have deleted it and reinstalled it but still doesn't work
It is just horrible, you can't even change the week starting day. It would be nice to get my schedule to another calendar app, because this app is so horrible, it signs you out all the time.
A nice app but the only bad thing so far is that it works for just one company at a time. I work in two different companies but I'm only able to use the app in one. Meaning I can't access my hours/shift in one of the companies
Still outdated, clanky UI and not a single update to fix that. You have still one month to deliver your promise of fixing all the issues with new version of the app.
Great app for my work, but one downside. In my country we are used to that the week begins on monday instead of sunday and since my shifts are all in the weekend this is just annoying to look into. In a previous version it was possible. I there a way to fix it back to the week start on monday?
Short period only shows the coming 3 weeks. However online can see much longer ahead. Months ahead. The app is poorly constructed
Storage permissions? Why does this app needs storage permissions? It connects to a webserver anyway?
Always stops working or can't get on, so many faults with this app
No monthly/calendar view. Have to relogin constantly.

It's ok. I have a suggestion: can you make an export to a csv or ics file? So i can import my schedule into e.g. Google calendar
Not able to print out shifts. Not provide web access.
Weeks start on monday, not on sunday. At least give us the option to change it..
Why does this app need acces to my media/files?
Welcome to the year 2000.
I don't mean to be hyper critical, but login and getting assistance with this is a night mare. There is no real explanation how to use it and there is certainly no help, no one knows how to use it. I would rate it if I could just get on it.
It stops working all the time. And now it just doesn't work at all.
I've revised my score, due to most of the things being fixed. There is still the matter of the main menu buttons not working after using the back-button to move backwards. And weeks only starting on sundays when using English as your primary language. Plus, the app is missing a ton of features available in the browser version, looks awful in comparison (no change at all here even though a "new version" has been promised). For example, you cannot cancel a request for time off in the app.
