intentionally constructed so you make irreversible mistakes and waste your money...all customer service says is "tough luck, sucker!" They refuse to make any changes or refunds. Worst customer service in the business. You put your money on your account, and instead of applying it, they waste it, and then delete whatever remains. There are so many others out there-don't use this one! They will not be around long, since they would rather cheat you out of 15 euros than have you pay them 360 yearly.
I tried 5 times to register but failed due to an error. Despite that not able to book the allnetflat. And this after buying credit. Very annoying. Also no shop to talk to.
Easy to use, a bit plain. Does not work if your data has run out, so you then have no way to top up
It was good before but now it's just crashing and not connecting to the network. Pls, fix the problem.
Compared to other packages a lot of data volume and the app makes it easy to use.
Application crashing all the time plus sending and SMS everytime u open it is simply medieval. Could u please fix it?
Love Ortel. Have been using over 5 year. Easy to use, cheap. Fast answer for contact Center. Should have a promotion like new mobile with new contacts too would be great. Recommend.
Sometimes i find what i am looking for pretty easily. Sometimes its difficult and frustrating.
A lot of good programs. A lot of internet, always minutes always helps and they give bonuses to the users
Stole my money. Horrible costumer service. App is a combination of SMS and old programming language. Seem to not work.
Why only in ortel if i register internet package s and move to m or m move to L Then i want to go back my cheaper package its disapear. The other card is easyer even i cancle the option register anothe option still there but ortel the option will be dissapear thats really not good thing
I like the app but I wish I could top up my phone directly from it instead of having to buy a Gutschein from PayPal or Prelado.
Is sometimes slow to start. More, cheaper/less consumption options would be nice.
Yeah the App is great, though last time I loaded 15 Euro and was wiped like wind before I could subscribe.
Those ortel.. they change the plan just like magic i had unlimited minutes, now i do t have at all and there is no even a support option.
Stealing your money instead of fulfilling service , I get the WAN router with the promise of 90 Giga , only hardly 30 to 35 Gigs and it's done . Rediculous service .
l purchade sim card in berlin,was told it will be good for 4 different countries. When move to Praha from Berlin, wifi is not working. What is the problem??

Changing subscription sometimes does not work properly & I loose money thinking it changed it. Also, I am not the only one annoyed by the SMS (verification?) on launch. Maybe you can add support to Google Authenticator? The app also doesn't work at all at times, like: failing to load & crashing. I do realize that you are a budget telecommunication service (no offense), but please do try to stabilize the app.
