Had an amazing experience with it. I was shocked when there was no screen on the plane but this seriously saved me on the trip. Luckily i could download it just before take off.
App not working (on a Samsung Note 9) All it says is " an error occurred, please try later" Tried deleting it and downloading it again still the same problem. Please fix it
Unable to download onto Samsung 8+ nor iPhone 6s seems poor from Qatar airlines to have such a poor app.

It is satisfactory.
It does not play all movies and shows which are offered. It only plays the ones without DRM, so you can use just the browser which works the same way.
