Overall it's a good App but there is no option to copy one customer or supplier to another new business. It would be better if it has an option to copy entire entries of a customer to other business. Although it transfers customer to supplier and vice versa. Thanks

Hi thanks for such a amazing app. But it would be more attractive and helpful of users if you guys will add one functionality too. Is that the optional message should be send to customer when a app user add optional message while receiving a payment or send a payment to customer. Because the customer should know about the payments too. We need this functionality too. Thanks . It would be great if the sending message to customers is custom with app link l. Thanks again 👌👌👌👍👍👍

1. Too much slow app, as compared to others. Lags while entering or editing a entry. 2. There is no option to view the statment or ledger by catagory wise 3. Software not higlights when you click a specific entry.

Good Experience altogether. Initially when new customer is added transaction notification is turned on by default. We have to manually turn off notifications for every newly added customer. Make it so that it should be unabled by default. Anyone who wants this feature can turn on it . Secondly Ufone and Jazz/Warid easyload is not available.

Kya pata kaisi app hai. Download kar k time e waste kiya. Na sms par OTP ayi, na call par OTP ayi kabhi. Or na Main App show hui. I don't get it, why do i need to provide my phone number at first place without knowing and experiencing the app usage and services. Download krwao bina app experience diye user details lay lo. or phir delete krwa do app.

Good Experience, but in update when we check daily statement in PDF button it's shown correct entries in date wise but when we click on download report after downloading there is no alignments in dates. Please check

Hi there, app is nice but a bit slow. From the easy load point of view there are some issues commission is very little 20 rupees on 1000 and some networks are also disappeared and very few packages are added. The main thing is disappearance of networks only two are available from four and that could be the reason of insufficient earnings form it.

Everything thing is right but the thing that I hate most is pending of cash out. Why our cach out is pending but cash in is very fast. My cash out is still pending for 5 to 6 hours and I need that amount immediately. So this app greatly disappointed me. Please fix it.

Its better app than other but I will suggest that please put font size option in menue for customer list and Give and Take options. And second the data must be backuped automatically.

I've lost my all previous data cause of new update. I didn't updated it from day first then I've used for 5 months then this new update.... There is a backup option. But i can't find recovery of bacup option.

AWESOME APP NEED SOME UPDATES, here are some suggestions. 1) Kindly add "discount" option in the bill. And discount report of custom dates. 2) Stock in Hand report. 4) Sales Report of the Custom dates and custom invoices. 3) Auto Generate Invoice No. In the bill. 4) while making the bill, item some time again need to be searched to enter quantity after selection (tick), kindly resolve. Overall app is pretty decent but if you guys can make your "Manage stock/items" exactly like Digi Khata app it will be awesome. This module in your app is lacking and their shinning point. Please do something to improve it's UX.

The application is very good. There should be some more options in this application such as there should be a bank book from which you can withdraw cash and enter into cash book and make payment entry bank direct to the customer.

Its must a have app for your everyday payments management and record maintenance on the go. I can maintain attendance, payments given to my staff and record petty cash all in one app on my phone. Above all i can get statements all these mentioned things on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

2nd review: No response on whatsapp number. 1st review: Just updated app and all my data vanished. App isn't login again, struck on otp generation. I tried many times no sms received and circle on otp code generation icon is moving untill i switch off the app.

Overall good experience. Digital credit book. Just one shortfall that you cannot stop sending msg to the customer manually.

I facing the only issue with this app, That im not able to edit my sms wich goes to my customers after every transactio. After every successful transaction sms should popup for editing so it makes us able to add extra comments in sms regarding the payment

Over all app is good.. but Please allow user to disable or enable the option of sms notification for party. It is very odd sometimes when you put wrong entry by mistake and app suddenly text your mistake to the other party ... One suggestion for your team is that .. please try to connect both parties at one legger through internet so both parties can see the final legger at both end. . With or without having rite to chenge the entries...

You're doing great job, i like this app. Thing is that the user can't add the same customer twice for having more than one purchase..or when it comes to lend amount as well as buy the same customer a product both the purchase & udhaar should be managed or reminded separately to the customer..but user can't do it.

Updating my review from five to 1 star because the app is the allow me to sell jazz/warid easyload since from a month. Previous Review: The best Pakistani App. So beautifully crafted and alot of features. I am using it for selling easyload. Thanks for such app.

Asslam o alikum app is good and it easy to use but there is a problem with cash out fee charged for cash out is more then commission earned secondly money withdrawn is still pending since yesterday i made another cashout to check and its more then half an hour its also pending ? This app is going to be gem for selling load when you add jazz /warid in it

It is a good app for maintaining records ...but it should include the option for the *limits of amount that each customer can get from your shop ... For example if we have a business in which we have to deal with a bunch of people in an institute not on cash but on a demand slip and the institute will pay us the dues ... Which will deducted from their salaries ... There is a limit of amount which can be given to an individual ... If this option is also added to this app it will vry easy to chk

Why updated version of app only allow plus button for increasing stock item instead of manual entry of 50 or 100 . ( Manual entry optiom was available few days back)

I had made a cash out transaction last night still amount has not been transferred to my easy paisa account. And tried your customer support but no response, you need improvement in this matter. Truly disappointed.

Udhaar app it is a very good platform You can easily run your small business through this app. And my decorated suggestion is that the load of Jazz, warid and U phone should also be given in this. Thank you.

Decent app overall. Only 2 loads available out of 4 that's why 3 stars and speed should also be increased of the app.

The app a very good but there is a little issue that should be clear. That we can't easyload less than 60. It should be at least 50 rupees.

U have to add ufone load in the application...i am requesting since Oct 2021 but not fruitful is there from ur side or frm ur management..u should allow to perform ufone load. I shall be very thankful 2 u..
