oSCIO OSP tests - beta version

Beta version of an application for web oSCIO.cz. Contains 99 (125+) questions of verbal section of OSP. The application runs offline and code auto-generates random questions.
1 out of 4 OSP sections filled. Soon upgrades with larger database.
