Experience with the Doctor was great. App was terribly disappointing. Entered all my info 2 times and the app told me both times, "Dr not available" So I pick another, as I was waiting my turn the app pop-up said "this Dr available" I hit continue only to be told, "Dr not available" so i start over again, this time it did keep all my info. But now I have people ahead cause I lost my place in line. Again app two times said,"Dr available" this time I pick do not show again.still shows Dr availa
I love that I can pick a male or female doctor to speak with and it was a quick but thorough visit and I didn't have to get out of bed. Except to get my medication. I don't have health insurance so $35 is much more affordable than most prompt care centers. I will definitely utilize osf oncall in the future and highly recommend it.

The Dr. I spoke to was very professional and spoke to me like a person. It was a very comfortable experience and I will use this app more in the future.

It was better back when you typed in your info online and a doc called you. Now there are confusing pages and long wait times.

Waste of time!!! Waited almost 2 hours and the doctor i was waiting for goes offline. Had to choose a different doctor and start the waiting process all over. Doctors should be able to bail on people already in the que. Maybe dont allow anymore than 10 in the waiting room 2 hours prior to end of shift. Very frustrating to have waited for nothing.
Saved alot of time. Daughter had strep throat seen the white spots on her throat.
So helpful! My husband's insulin pen jammed and we really didn't want to go to emergency room bc of our ages. Doctor ordered a new pen so we could go to 24hr pharmacy! Thank you so much!!!
Would not connect. I used it in January 2021 but now, April 2021, it doesn't work.
Worked wonderful for some reason my camera didn't work but that may of been on my end.
Pretty dissapointing that your doctor can leave while you're still in the queue and you never know until you get fed up waiting and cancel. Why wait for 4 hours if they're just going to leave and not tell you.

Needed to see a doctor. I am exposed to Covid 19 daily so this was a fast safe way to take care of my problem without affecting anyone.
This was really easy to use, doc was nice. So far way better than taking the time going to a clinic for something like sinus infection. The app allows you to enter your pharmacy and payment info so everything moves quickly. Information about your provider (education, certifications, languages spoken and experience) is provided, There was a 20 minute or so wait but you can continue to do things around the house/at work while you wait. Will try again for sure.
