All we want is to check if there are new programs to download. Not sure why OSIM wants to make life so difficult for us. Have to register, do a 2FA, scan the barcode behind the chair. Barcode scanner doesnt work. In the end we gave up. What negative reaction you have invoked in us. Total pain in the ass

I've bought my massage chair for almost three years now. Till now, I don't see much improvement in the app. For the price of its chair, I would expect a fuss free use. Unfortunately, it's a PITA!!! When guess comes over, I just tell them don't even think of buying one.

I have Samsung s8+. Installed the app, it isn't able to Bluetooth connect to my uLove massage chair no matter how many times I tried. I refreshed Bluetooth setting on the massage chair, this app can't detect the massage chair at all. When click on pair massage chair from app, it lead me to a page to choose massage chair to pair. But I can't see any chair appeared

Tried to download the massage programs using my Samsung s8 hp for 2 days. Succeeded downloading on the 3rd day after getting a samsung s10 hp. Maybe the download programs are not suitable for older hp.

Stupid and useless app. Cant even connect to the chair. Why dont you just install normal bluetooth speaker to the chair which connects easier to phones.

App asks for too many risky permissions, and it keeps stopping anyway, so can't pair it with the chair. Rubbish, really.

Bought this ulove 1month before the new ulove2 launched. so disappointed. The programs are so limited. please kindly update new program only for legs. Please create more enough new programs. please kindly include Samsung pay or android pay... Not everyone using alipay to make programs purchase.
