Great app. Simple and effective. Have bought three passes easily and used them everywhere without any trouble. Map with attractions was very usefull and info about attractions was also accurate. The only inconvenience was that one can't share the pass into another mobile device. But there was a warning about this, so I can't complain.

I'm currently outside the first place we'd like to visit with our 72hr digital pass - but the app won't let me activate either pass. There is no activation button showing. Very poor effort. EDIT - turns out there was a known issue with the app for the Easter weekend - refund issued promptly.

Do not use this app. I paid the £30 for the day pass, but it would not let me activate (or refund!) the ticket. Apparently this has been an ongoing problem with the app. You are better off going straight to the Oslo visitors centre and getting a physical day pass!

It took us 40 min from paying for the pass to actually get it. In the same time I could have walked to oslo visitor centre, buy the physical card and walk back to the museum

Accidentally purchased a pass, and cannot refund. It fails when trying to refund.

niether activation nor refund doesn't work! what a scam

I couldn't refund my city pass. It failed every time I tried to refund it. And the activation button doesn't have a confirm dialog. I activated my city pass by mistake before even getting to Oslo.

Total rip-off. It advertises 290 Nok before you download the app. When you download and go to pay, the price goes up to 395 Nok !

Great app with lots of potential but has a few bugs to work out namely, regardless of 24 hrs-72 hrs the QR code expires before that. Quite annoying... PROBABLY should sort that out, like quickly...

I'm sat here at home in the UK WiFi router a few feet away, but the app says no stable internet access. Can't buy passes, can't do anything. I'm not waiting till I'm sat at the Oslo airport screwed as I can't buy passes. Rubbish rubbish rubbish is my opinion so far about this app.

The tourist office has no idea how you're supposed to use your app passes once you've paid for them and there are no instructions in the printed booklet. The tourist info woman in Oslo said we can transfer them to different devices, which is nonsense!

Despite having bought a 48h ticket, the QR code generated is valid for a certain amount of time, I think its 24h. If you do not connect to a WiFi, the QR button is grayed out. But the museums are friendly and will you let in also without scanning the qr code.

Charged my card twice and gave me nothing. Had to contact my bank to get my money back.

A simple press of the activate button uses up your pass...it should have a confirmation like "Confirm use Today dd/mmm/2015"

The app is very useful, and has plenty of useful information available, but the app has a few design and UI issues. Pressing back from any of the info pages closes the app, when it should take you to the list of info pages. The menu items in the nav drawer don't use the full width of the drawer, or at least the touch targets don't. With a bit more attention to UI/UX design, this app could be excellent.

It's stopped working completely. Reinstalled and still doesn't work.

Used the pass for two days in Oslo to visit all the museums without any issue! Very easy to use, only complaint would be to have the back button on the phone allow you to go back one page instead of closing the app.
