OSN Play

App has never worked since I installed it a month ago. Tried again with the OSN technical team on the line. Same result. App crashes. OSN then tell you that they have no fix for it ! Samsung phones like Note 8, S8, Note 9 are a big no no for this app apparently.

hello, on samsung s8+ the channel display is extra zoomed. like; if you are watching a cricket match on any sports channel the score ticker/slide gets hide in bottom. which is very irritating as you cant see the score. please fix it. thanks,

Gives error unable to play. I subscribed to osn specifically for watching cricket matches when I'm out of house. Useless app doesn't work. Deleted the cache and data from settings, reinstalled but nothing works.

Keeps on crashing all the time. Although my phone isn't that old Samsung s8 plus. Fix these issues. Can't be used , either for watching a movie or anything else.

The worst ever service and subscription.. It is waste of money and it keep going off and need to verify from company although you pay for the service. When we called the company they keep telling we will contact you but they don't show up and they don't fix the problem. We have used the service only for one week and it went off. I don't advice anyone to subscribe for osn services... My rating to osn is below 0

Nokia 8 still keeps crashing, I cannot enjoy my own osn. Seek to solve this issue or just delete the app and let us watch it online as we used to do before. Some things are not meant to be and this app is on top of that list.

the app was working fine but just yesterday the app has stopped launching. it gives an error message of unable to config. please provide assistance in resolving the issue. thanks.

It is great to see like good staf in this earth like OSN support services. we don't need to call technician to come and slove the issue. Now we need to just scan the tv display message and you will know the problem. what a great job thank you developer

I am unable to use my OSN Play, it does not open any episode anymore, it gets stuck on the red OSN Play screen. I have used it for a while and now it does not want to work. Uninstalled it a few times, still does not work

was working well after installing. I went abroad and it did not work there. but after coming back to Dubai also it's not working. tried reinstalling still doesn't work. not sure how to fix.

Whenever you required to watch important cricket matches, the program show error occurred, connection issues etc I tried in different ways changing network and tried from laptops etc. No way to watch

It took osn years to make it possible for us who were using android 8 to be able to use the service and now as we updated it to android 9 so how much more centuries we need to wait for the update of app so we can use the service we paid for and not been (mostly) able to do it. Fire your software head he need some basics.

Doesn't work on OnePlus 5 or 6! I thought Android was universal. I contacted customer service and they just said that my phone isn't supported and this was 4 months ago and they would update the app soon.

Dose this app worldwide or its open to few places, I'm trying to use in Australia but it keeps giving messages that there is something wrong try again! Mobile and smart tv both gives the same message.

i am not able to see osn on my device its registered but not working have some issue need to solve...un install and installed but not working. not delate and registered again its required 60 days then you delet its not good. you can delet and add any time. but not.

Never work on my note 9 every time stops. I have two osn one year subscription. But will not renewed as I can't watch content on the go.

OSN Play probably the best app to catch up with your shows when you're away from home! I mean High Definition on the videos and the sound quality is top notch 😙👌 what else do you need ? Touché, Keep Being the Best OSN ! *Question tho to osn devs ... when are you going to bring back West World to OSN play ?*

The application is really bad it turns off out of the sudden.. And refuses to open most of the time has many configuration problems not what you promised OSN!!!

Best service , best movies and tv shows , but the only thing missing is to support casting as when u travel u need this feature please consider adding it

This app does not work on 90%of new smart tv because they use DRM (digital rights management) that mean they are rooted please fix this problem like Netflix and other app did

Your application is not working since quite good time! It always gives a message says: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again" Even when it works sometimes still it need real development

There is a message on many channels, from yesterday, like Syfy, animal planet, OSN WWE Network, Nat Geo, OSN Sp Action etc which says "This program is copy protected" and there is no video but audio is available. MBC2, MBC Action, CNN, BBC, AlJazira and Rotana etc are running normally. I called them yesterday but the guy didn't know how to solve the problem.

After my first week of subscription, i'm still trying to log into this * App with no use ...can't verify it ..email verification is use less ..taking me to repetitive steps ..at the end , i didn't received any Sms codes!!! !!!! Extremely sad ...customer service closed 7pm 8(

Cannot login everytime it says login failed eventhough entering the correct user and password. On MYOSN billing app the same user and password works fine. This is pathetic.
