Editing a listing is impossible in this app. 1 - when setting the price it lists as "payout per ticket" but when going to the next screen, the payout is different 2 - it shows editing for one ticket regardless of the actual number 3 - the save button just doesn't work, so you can't even save changes If those features don't even work, why make them available? Does anyone test this stuff?

OSU ticketing app is absolutely ridiculously bad. It's frustrating and never works correctly. It's really embarrassing in this day and age that an institution like Ohio State can't get a basic ticketing app to work correctly. All I'm trying to do is sell my tickets and the app freezes constantly and doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I already tried uninstalling it and turning phone off and back on. Still freezes. Would almost be better to have no app at all than this one.

If you're here because you can't manage your tickets, just uninstall and reinstall the app. I was having an issue where it was telling my session expired, but didn't give me an option to sign in again; reinstalling the app fixed that. Kind of annoying, but it works.

Suddenly quit working and won't reinstall. It won't allow me to view my tickets. Said session expired, log in again. I saw where somebody else said to delete and reinstall the app. Deleted the app, but it just hangs when I attempt reinstall. Very poor app and it has screwed me out of using tickets I have paid for. I will be contacting my attorney.

Neither the Ticketmaster or this app are worth much other than to see your electronic tickets. There's a recurring issues with this app trying to open tickets under "manage tickets," getting an expired session message & being locked out of doing anything else. Going back out & coming back in again worked today but I've had to reinstall, too, to get it to work. I must disable VPN to use either app. Today I still saw my Akron tickets from 2 weeks ago there but you couldn't do anything with them.

This is the worst app ever. It keeps crashing and I was unable to retrieve my ticket. After several attempts, I had to bare the cold again to go to thr ticket office so they can print it out. I rather stick to the original Ticketmaster.

Every time I try to use it says Session Expired but there is no way to log in. Only fix is delete app and reinstall. Last game had to wait in very long llne at ticket office to get tickets texted to my phone so we could get inside. Barely made it to our seats on time.

This app is easy to use when it works. 75% of the time I cannot access my tickets despite restarting the app over and over and over or restarting my phone. I've even had to delete and re-add the app. It is extremely frustrating. If I did not need it for my tickets, I definitely would never use this app.

This app was so frustrating that I deleted it. There are some nice features but too many other bad features that make it impossible to use. Took a look where the Developer is located.... In NC! So maybe an ACC fan developed a really bad app for a Buckeye Fan. Just sayin! ;)

When trying to view my tickets, it always says login expired but doesn't give an option to log in. You have to close out the app then reopen. When trying to sell tickets, the payment method button isn't working.

Terrible. Ridiculous. Been trying for 2 hours to make sense of this debacle, and get message on my phone, "This app has been disconnected." After spending $10,000 for Huntington Club tickets, for the 20th year, this was supposed to be easy. Morons running the show.

I've legitimately never in my life had to deal with an app as unreliable and pathetic as this one. How do 2 massive instutions like ticketmaster and Ohio State come together to make this bad of an app. Just about any random computer science college student could do better. This is so pathetic.

This app won't let you sell your tickets. I know someone else who had the same problem. I also can't get it to show me a 0 when I want to enter a price. It constantly won't show me my tickets when I click manage tickets. Fix the issues please.

App continually says Session expired when going to manage tickets. Closing doesn't help, need to reinstall. Ohio State should be embarrassed. Edit, also cannot update listed tickets after reinstalling, ugh.

Cumbersome, slow, and unstable. Frequently crashes, and don't expect it to work at all at a game. Useless.

Can't print or view tickets on the official website. Have to have the app texted to you through the sketchiest web page I've ever seen. I will NEVER buy OSU tickets again, making things stupily complicated for paying customers. You stop scammers with a simple QR code, you know like EVERY OTHER TICKET OUT THERE. Or have a real company handle your tickets. I don't want your crappy app just for 2 days of my year.

Constantly ends season without being able to log back in. I was told the "solution" is to uninstall and re-install. Horrible solution.

Constantly errors when trying to manage tickets. Session expired but no way to log back in. Maybe site saturated error. Go back to offering physical tickets mailed.

Cant transfer tickets, viewing them is rough and only works sometimes. The app takes too long to load for all I need it for.

I got this to have access to my tickets. When I click to view barcode it crashes and I can NOT access tickets, thus it's useless. Just sorry I can't give it zero stars.

Terrible. Won't allow access to stored tickets. Fails because I am not signed in, yet does not give me an opportunity to sign in. Basic garbage app.

Inaccurate - this app states the football coach is Urban Meyer - any fan knows he's not the current coach. Makes me wonder what else is not current/accurate. Check your tickets? Leads you to Ticketmaster site, so why bother with this app?

If the sport isn't football or basketball, the information on other sports isn't updated for days. Sometimes it is also inaccurate.

Since I have downloaded the app, I am watching & listening to more Ohio State games than I have since leaving Ohio. Great app.

Just got the app on my new phone . Would not be without it. With the 'bugs' fixed , has to be even better!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still having issues trying to sell tickets.

This app is atrocious. I feel bad for the students running the ticket office who are going to have to deal with all the calls of people trying to download their tickets. Big yikes.

I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it because it doesn't work properly.
