Doesn't let me look at my orders, shipment links to track shipments don't work. Unable to track through the app. I have no clue where my package is or when it will show. Shipping used to be fast even through covid now it's slow and no communication as to why.
This app is useless! No option to type item numbers to select what I want and when I typed the name of the product, it didn't find anything. I think an elementary school kids can write a better app. It's the most user unfriendly app ever!
It was great at first but for a few months now it was telling me my next order date wouldn't be until 04/20/20. Which was up til last month when suddenly every time I tried logging in it would say try again later or that my password and/ or username was wrong. So I changed the password. Then again said it was wrong, neither my username nor password is wrong. I just tried again a moment ago and again.. it said try again later. I hope it's bc they are fixing these issues!!! 😩
In all of the ten years I have received this OTC benefit, NEVER have I been able to use the online catalog nor the new app. I'm going to a different pharmacy for my OTC needs.
Log in error. Please fix this. It happens at all hours of the day and night. Keeps telling me to try later. But I get the same thing. I got lucky last time it logged in on the 3rd try but not so lucky this time. Can't log in at all.
There's been a problem from the beginning although I was about to put my order through once it finally opened up but now it's not working at all. Takes forever and always an error.
WHY CANT I LOG IN? I've used 1 time and not able to log in to browse now.. Please fix. 9-17-20 cant log in again. Tried all last night and this morning. Is there certain times when the site is closed? I don't understand.
This app is terrible; you have to start from the beginning each time you add an item to your cart and/or read the description of an item. Ridiculous
Will not log me in. As far as I'm concerned this app is junk and a waste of time. Use the online web site, it works!
It won't show me how to get prices look up the objects that I can get the items or whatever you want to call them it's a b******* app garbage
Would not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Just spins. Needed to order quarterly products by today and no go. Will call insurance company tomorrow in hopes to extens.

This is a good app It tells me the balance in the otc card. Never had any problem. Thank you.
I logged in everything right and it keeps telling me it's wrong. So I can't even register an account.
The APP rarely works. Almost never. Doesn't matter if I use my phone or tablet.
Unable to login anymore. I even reset my password it says successful but still says invalid username/passwords.
Login Error EVERY time I try. Website works perfectly. App is worthless.

Cannot create account I even called the 1-800 number and still could not create account kept coming up with invalid ID number. The representative was even baffled
It never logs it. Just sits there & spins...
Unable to order on line, was dropped from the system
Takes forever for the items to arrive. They use FedEx Home Delivery.

this app is horrible keeps telling incorrect user and password
The app doesn't allow you to paste your password from a password manager, requiring you to either use a simple and easily hacked password or write it down on paper, which varies wildly in security. I cannot log in on my phone, and that's the entire point of the app.
