This app is not (yet) compatible with Android 7 Nougat.
This app (without annoying Ads !) is available EXCLUSIVELY from Play Store to protect Users from malicious app tampering.WARNING: As discussed in Android Issue 189766 there is a great deal of frustration with permission "Contacts" in Android 6. See app's built-in FAQ in app version 2.2.3.8 or above.
This app REQUIRES a USB OTG Adapter cable and that you do take some actions to get 3 answers about the USB OTG support provided by your phone/tablet.
Basic USB OTG support requires phone/tablet to contain USB Host hardware and companion software module (answer #1). Full USB OTG support requires phone/tablet to contain a USB Host permission file (answer #2) and a USB mass-storage software module (answer #3).
This app tells you if your phone/tablet provides basic, limited, or full USB OTG support.
It also:
• allows testing of USB OTG Adapters;
• detects connected UVC compliant USB cameras.

Worked OK at first so bought a lifetime licence ,but last update has caused it to exit as soon as is executed .... Disappointed to say the least !

The app now requires an active paid (IAP) subscription to use the app. All free functions have been removed/disabled.
Don't have a free app with mandatory in app purchase
But then forced an update and wants me to buy a "license" to use the stupid app. What a rip-off.

After I stalled, it requires you to pay for it, be carefull, do not install.
Does absolutely nothing without paying for a license before you even know if the app works.

It does what it says. The app is easy to use and well-explained. No permission, no ads. Just a clean app. I must thank the dev for developing this great app. Really appreciate it🙏

I liked the free app so I paid for it to be loyal. After not needing it for some time it now asks me to pay again to use it. I wouldn't even give one star if there was an option. However if you address immediately then I will change the rating accordingly.

Also, descriptions of the OTG process were informative. (Would appreciate though please a little more information on the unmounting process when removing a thumb drive from an Android phone such as my Nexus 5. And I noticed a minor typo: "tick" instead of "thick" OTG cable. ;)
Used that app to troubleshoot my OTG cable which didn't work. Having seen '????' in several fields, purchased another OTG. The new one works flawlessly... But "OTG Status" doesn't notice the change. It's showing still question marks
This app told me exactly what I needed to know about my phone's OTG capability.
and my USB HD doesn't work, so I guess this App does what is says. WDBABV5000 works on WindLaptop, but not tablet.
That's all it claims to be, and it is what it claims. No amount of software will change my hardware. };
How can you loosen data? Loosing is a form of loose not lose. You should unmount your device to avoid LOSING data. Otherwise, the app works as expected. It told me exactly why OTG wasn't working on my phone.
Please help! My one time license is not getting verified I first perchased it in my other phone. Then it worked, but now it's not. Or please refund then I could perchase it again and check
