Needs to actually connect the cable first. What's the point using this if you'll already know it by the time you plug it in??
Nice this software
The test of this app reinforced my own trial and error tests on the Roland GO:Mixer USB interface. It delivered what was promised. If people has been deceived by this app I humble remind them that the connectivity is one thing and what the software and the operative system block and allow is another...
Thankfully, this is free. It's nothing more than the standard OTG connection routine rewritten with a slightly more upmarket UI. Waste of time downloading, it won't tell you anything you can't find out via the Android OS.
Tested on my Moto G5 plus. I know my device supports OTG but for some reason it only detects my flash drive or SATA HDD and not my USB joy pads. This app verified my joy pad is indeed connected.
Mine is says connect your addional hardware to your divice via otg cable it's work but it's a lie Thanks

Works OK. But, app can not be moved to external SD memory

Accurate because, while other OTG Checker apps have algorithms which check only the SOFTWARE for compatibility, which causes inaccuracies, OTG cable or connector and USB device required apps, just like this one, have algorithms which access your USB, which allows them to check the "hardware" also. And, if the result is a supported device, then it will have a fun end, which involves a smiling emoji.
