The remote care app on my phone is fantastic. Multiple pieces of information concerning my hearing aids and the ability to turn up the volume or turn down the volume via my phone is very nice because I do not have to pinch my ear to up or decrease my volume. Gives me good access to my battery level.
I'm so disappointed with this app. I have given up using it. I started using it when I got my me hearing aids. Right away the problems started. We keep kept reconnecting them but it never worked. Please fix it. I really miss it.
Another useless Oticon app. Doesn't do a thing and doesn't get you any help. Tried for days. This company is a complete zero. Only good thing about Oticon is a 60 day return policy. They aren't hearing aids...they're NOISE AMPLIFIERS.
Audiologist can't connect to both hearing aids. States android as iPhones connect . Nice feature for $7500 "state of the art" hearing aids.
Not satisfied with app I do everything I'm supposed to but it just sits there saying waiting for a consultant to connect, I thought this was to help me better understand the hearing aids
New hearing aids. Was told to download this app to set them up...keeps crashing..cant even log into app to even see what it is like
Very professional and works very nice. You can answer you cell phone thru your hearing aids.
I can't get app to connect on my Android phone. Help. Now I wish I hadn't gotten these Oticon hearing aids.
It appears that they discontinued their existing app and pushed me into an app where they can communicate (make even more money) rather than furnish an improved app.
First try using app. Successful connection and good tele visit. Will take day or two to realize results.

Scam they want too much information they share it and look to make money
You make it sound so easy but you do not address the problems that come up

I'm actually surprised at how well this works. With everyone being locked down and quarantined during this pandemic this is where this app can really shine. I had a few adjustments made and tested them but I've got a few more that will need to be done. I'm holding off on the 5th star until I can get those few remaining issues resolved. If you need your hearing aids adjusted call your audiologist book a virtual appt and get it done. Easy Peasy.
