OTIS FCU Mobile

It's a good app I just wish it would let me look at my rewards I get for my rewards credit card it used to but now it keeps telling me im not authorized.

Very nice staff...easy place to work with..I've been a member for many years...

I used to like this app as it was very useful. After a recent update on 12/3/20 I get a notification and email anytime I log on and an app notification. I've had to disable the app notification and put all Otis mail as spam as I check my quick balance several times and was getting many email. Hopefully I don't get any important emails as they are spam now. Please disable the security protocols as it was better before they were installed.

Gives way too many notifications that you just log in. But good otherwise.

I really like this app. It helps me see how much I spent, and where. I can transfer money to my checking account, savings, or loans. It helps keep my banking easy!

Do not like the history feature of 90 days. Should be able to see a full year of history on app just like the computer version.

I couldn't live without it!! I love that I can check everything I need to know no matter where I am ☺ Check my balance, transfer money, pay a bill etc. It makes life so much easier 😊

Lobe that my daughter and i can send money to each other within the app. It's super easy

New update ruined the app, very cluttered and confusing showing multiple accounts your on with their sub accounts all at once.

Would love to see pending transactions as well as check images. Some banks offer digital check deposits which i hope Otis Fcu brings on soon..
