Can you please offer a review button so that we can see what documents we have loaded up. The app seems to pull files from gallery that i did not select. So it would be great to see what i sent first.
Cropping does not work properly on Android. You cant upload electronic documents that you already have on your device, like ratecons. you have to take a picture of it then crop. app is terrible.
This app was better before new version. Every time I open the app, I get swamped with notifications. Cropping is way off as well. More glitches than before.
Can not log into app. Repeatedly tells me the password is wrong although I'm using the same password as I use on the computer. So much better to just use the website through phone.
My app kept crashing at first so I did the following... Android users, clear your app data then login again. The app will need to update its database first. I did this and it appears to be working now. Hope to use the app with ease!
Everytime I try to do a broker check it tells me the app has stopped. Would be a great app uf it worked properly...I have had this issue for a while now!
Can't log into app. Best to log in through the internet and set it as a shortcut to home screen. Do not download this app
Well! At fist it worked, then after an update , it got all F up and it did not work anymore.
Still does not work for Android even after 3.2 install. Need new IT people.

THE APP HAS TO MANY PROBLEMS WHICH DELAYS MY FUNDS BC THE MY ACCOUNT MANAGER THINKS ITS SOMETHING IM DOING WRONG!! AND THE CROPPIN PICTURE ITS BAD OFF!!!SMH REAL HEADACHE

Otr capital is the worst factoring company in USA.
When I first started using this app, it was good. After the update it has TRULY WENT DOWN HILL! It is VERY Inconsistent. When you have a problem with submitting it delays you getting paid but when you talk to someone its your fault DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK TOO. OTR Capital is a good company but they really NEED CONSISTENCY WITH THIS APP.

App was working fine but now app won't let me scan any pictures. I tried from my gallery and it says that ( cannot load image file from this path) I also tried doing it by taking a picture through the app and it still says the same thing. Please fix. I am trying to factor my loads through the app
