Simple to use. Great for emergencies and quick transfers on the go!
Used to loved this app now it's always saying internet error..it's been two mths since I was able to log in my account I HV to drive to the bank just to get my balance
Simple, quick, and efficient. Exactly what I'd look for in a mobile banking app.
The appearance is terrible. The last app version was fine. Just like MS Windows, it gets worse with the new version. Harder to read & more steps to do some things in this version. Color lines are no longer available in this version. Less lines per page and takes longer to load each additional page.
It has gotten much less convenient and more glitchy.
The only issue I have with the app is the mobile deposit. I believe that giving propper instructions on what the wants as far as signature, date, etc. Would be far easier than the customer having to redo the deposit after it's been rejected. Other than that, great app.
Love the Credit Union...but disappointed with the app. It seems to get worse instead of better...not sure whats going on with billpay, but there are more steps required now than ever before (seems to me). Just let me see my list😆, not my payment activity in 2 places.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS APP!! I haven't been able to log in for 5 days! I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, cleared casha,restarted phone, deleted any unnecessary apps, checked for updates for phone and app nothing!! Everytime i reinstall and open it crashes right away. Please fix this I need my app to take care of business!
I work nights and deal with transferring money and paying some bills and just checking my account at night and just about every time I try to log in after midnight the app says ATTENTION we are unable to validate your information. I would give 4 or 5 stars otherwise, but there shouldn't ever be a time that I cant check my bank account.
There are periods of time when the app doesn't not work properly. I have had to go to Ouachita valley to reset my account twice but other than that I like it just fine.
Love the app, however recently I havent been able to deposit a check. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app twice. I get to the security question and the continue button doesnt work. Tried to do a mobile deposit and I took pictures, and couldnt get any further.
I have issues tryin to get it to open most of the time. I have th close out the window and then sometimes even restart my phone. But once im in the app is great
The transfer was quite simple and efficient...which did not surprise me. Every experience I have had with Ouachita Valley, either on line or in the bank has been positive. Thank you very much for all your services.
Always always always saying it can't verify credentials, app constantly failing, it works one minute and completely craps out seconds later. Really really really hate this seriously flawed app.
Crashed . I've tried opening this app several times.. It just keeps crashing.
convenient easy access. I'm grateful to check my account as well as transfer money from one a count to another. The safety protection plan is also great.
I wish I could see pending transfers and deposit my checks with the mobile app. For some reason it never works. But everything else is easy to use
Getting better. It used to be a hassle trying to capture a good enough photo for deposit, but the latest update seems to have taken care of that.
I find it very easy to make the transactions that I need to from this app. It saves me from having to go into the bank to take care of that business. Ouachita Valley makes my banking a whole lot smoother and I'm glad to be a member.
this is really a awesome Hometown friendly place to bank! People are always smiling and in a good mood. very helpful and knowledgeable. they make you feel welcome and make you feel like you matter and you're not just a number like some of the other banks in town.
It's a great quick & easy app to check your accounts & transfer money, only thing is that the app crashes alot.
The mobile deposit is always a struggle, and the app claims to not see the check even when the it is clearly visible in the images.
Would be a lot better if it should pending debits and deposits like my centric app does. This app does have a habit of not working and you to uninstall and reinstall
Everything is wonderful as it has been for over 25 years. Services offered could improve. Allot of banks offer services that ovcfu seems behind times on.
Bad app..it doesn't alert you when your direct deposit is made..often you can't get into your account! Bank doesn't offer a small safety net to account holder's in emergencies even if they have direct deposit ...if you go over $.05/they charge their acct. holder's a over draft fee!! Really!!! Account holder's should be consider first,they're a part of the reason the....Credit Union Existence. OVCMember's / in good standing should alway's consider their requested loan ,within reason's!
