Not sure what everyone is talking about. I use the mobile app to deposit checks all the time. I find the app to work great and love the quick balance check feature.
Could not get the mobile deposit feature to work. Tried many many times. Now I can't deposit the check by traditional means since I had to write for remote deposit only on the back. I'm uninstalling this app.
Your password requires a capital and lowercase letter, and a number, and a symbol BUT NOT THESE SYMBOLS. Seriously just stop with these requirements it's been proven these don't help at all, certainly not users considering I've forgotten my own info and been locked out multiple times.
Everything works great for me. Easy to see a quick balance, mobile check deposits always work fine. Use this app all the time!
whatever I spend won't show up, app is up to date. nothing but bugs and problems
Mobile deposit doesnt work and thats the only reason youd download the app instead of using the website

I liked the older version better I can not get full site up it takes much longer to do what I need to. I want to be able to see everything at once not 5 transactions at a time and I liked entering my own memo can't on this. Is there any way to get what I want with this App. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Security is good. FINGERPRINT login should be an option. The quick balance is nice but not enough. Quick login option on mobile devices these days are basic features a banking app should have. Ungortunately, will have to use it anyway!
I can't log in three quarters of the time. I have to keep closing and opening app until it decides to load. Please fix this glitch...it is getting old fast.
Great app from the greatest bank. Been with the bank 5yrs n going. The best partner for success.
This app needs done attention. It's difficult to use, too many errors and password/security sensitive.
It used to work great until the last update. Now it stops working all the time. I can't transfer, pay bills etc. Please fix this app!
Not working lags and normally it's the black screen most of the time
Since the update took place I have been unable to login with my new username and password. The app tells me I am not using the correct password.
Was ok until one of the last updates. Now the Bill Pay function will only work of I uninstall and reinstall the app every time time I want to use it.
Works great although I have trouble with online deposits. Wont capture image on the tablet
Unusable. When I sign in it just takes me back to the sign in screen.
Will not load.
This update broke everything! It's been broken for over a week now! I can't see my transactions and clicking the oucu logo takes you to the webpage instead of the old login screen where I could use my fingerprint to log in! Very frustrating!
