I would give zero or negative star to this bus company. And I would like to advise someone who want to buy ticket from here:don't do that! As I have experience of bus didn't show up and I message the customer service, but nobody reply. There's some more no contact number on the ticket, what I feel is like being cheated n is a scam. It would be better to book with the 'green' bus, as it is more reliable although is expensive a bit, but well worth instead of buying the ticket and the bus din come
Recommend NOT to use this service. Buses skip designated times, and there's no way that a customer can see the bus schedule status. I ended up waiting for the bus for. I 5 hrs outdoor while freezing. Customer service phone number also does not answer.
Worst company ever, I would not recommend booking with them. I just had a bus from Paris via Lille to Brussels. Was at the gate 25 mins before departure and asked every bus that came during the next hour, if it was ours (cause the buses are mainly unmarked, you don't recognize which is ouibus and where it goes to). Turned out that the bus had already left or was maybe also there during this time, maybe at the wrong gate, who knows. Customer service then told us they could not do anything about it
I bought tickets on the website on my PC. They took my money but never sent a confirmation email. I got the Welcome email but no tickets. They are not listed in my account. I can search by route and it says it sent me the tickets again. Still no tickets. I sent a Complaint email and received an automatic reply saying that they would get back to me in 6 to 8 weeks, but that if it was about booking they would not reply. I am writing this here because there is no contact number provided to get help.
The price is reasonable and bus vehicle is cool, comfortable. But very often delays. I used the Oui bus three times, it was all postponed around half hour. I've never experienced any delay on Flixbus.
I can't access to the application, it opens then get stucks and freeze. Afterward the screen goes white. They should fix that problem if I'm not the only one facing this problem
Worst travel experience ever. Bus delayed 2 hours. I had to call and call the emergency number to get any information. In the end, the rescheduled bus was unmarked. The driver made no attempt to locate passengers, then left. I again had to call to be told to call back later. I called back later and was told the bus had left. A plain bus with no signage whatsoever. Till now, I don't know whether it was a blablabus or a ouibus, because my ticket says both, and the bus said neither. NEVER AGAIN.
This app is definitely horrible. I bought a tickets before Covid-19 epidemic disease which cause to either postponed or cancelled almost all event that is holding annually every year. And also we- basketball reporter- bought this brand bus tickets, nevertheless Final Four Euroleague 2020 in Cologne would be cancelled, when I contact this client customer about we want to take repayment. they cancelled our tickets within 2 min. And also they did not payment to us, and now they don't answer to us.
constantly deletes ticket mid reservation, including my voucher code, which then when i tried again said it was invalid, despite never having actually used it (i entered it but i couldn't pay cause the app 'had technical issues')
i would not recommend this agency! No sense of punctuality(20 min late departure, an hour late in arrival). Drivers dont stop at bust stops where they should. Poor customer service (absence of an immediate way to contact the agency regarding a problem). Lost my luggage once, reported it to the agency. not a single reply yet)
Its my first time to take Ouibus from Toulouse to Paris Bercy and my experience was great the bus really nice and comfortable seats. The driver name Carlos is very nice, jolly approachable, and a safe driver and its a plus because he can speak multi language well done Ouibus.
there are "good deals" and button"learn more", but you cannot click on it. great invisible deal.
Lots of junk marketing notifications that can't be disabled without disabling the occasional useful ones about your journey. Uninstalled.
Pretty good app. Easy to use. Just annoying to be asked to register an account every single time you open the app... there should be a "don't ask again" button.
One can still get a affordable journey even booking just 2 or 3 days ahead. What replaces trains? Buses. The future. As a traveller with many years and many miles behind me I recommend Blahblah bus.
the way in was ok (liege Paris) but the way back was completely trash. 1h30 of delay, no plugs except 2 in the whole bus. the bus was dirty af. never using this company again.
I can never connect always have the message "we're having a technical hiccup" what's the point of having a profile then if I have to rewrite all my infos every time ?
Easy to use, it shows rates for all the days which makes it very easy to plan dates.
The app is very easy to use. My third booking, always a great service on board.
The app asks for authentication every time, logs out randomly which becomes a problem when trying to get information fast
The App did not work on my Samsung S5. Deleted and reinstalled ..... it does not work on my Smartphone.
Fast and intuitive. Pricing differences are sometimes not logical.

Where are the imported e-tickets kept ? When e-tickets are imported or purchased in-app, they should be immediately available on the opening screen without the need for phone or WiFi access. (The opening splash screen is useless.) The link to e-tickets doesn't find those already imported, and asks for a booking reference which is not easy to find without a network. Then the Android back button is disabled !!! Even the PDF tickets displayed from the email link are apparently not saved automatically to downloads. Much too complicated for a simple airport shuttle Grenoble-Lyon.
