Too slow and almost unusable! Works perfectly fine on IOS , but on android, zero! They need to spend time developing the app on Android, otherwise they're risking an entire segment of customer who use Android apps! Can't even believe they're turning a blind eye to it !

I got this app mainly to purchase Beauty products, but the navigation is quite bad, not really used friendly. Most products shade names color names are not written. The makeup section isn't user friendly in most cases. Example: I wanted to purchase NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation, they are all separate items, but the shade names are not written ajywery. Not in the shade image or in the description. It's a shame that a luxury app has a bad interface. SheIn is more convenient than this.

Guys , you need to save your app. Thr UX is very bad . This is supposed to be a luxury app. The experience needs to be seamless. Fact : filters dont work , moving from a section to another takes time , ..this is frustrating and I personally had previously escalated this to u because I like the idea of your service

The delivery company you use is the worst. It is a shame, my experience with the app itself was pleasant but the delivery is beyond miserable. I have had the worst experience with Fetchr. I ended up canceling my order, Im glad I had the option to pay cash apon delivery. Ounass promises a 2 -4 Days delivery, it has been over a week and nothing yet, the day i was supposed to recieve my package according to their schedule no one showed up. Worst delivery service ever. I do not recommend at all.

Very bad customer services, sent them a message on their WhatsApp service regarding my DELAYED ORDER and more than 24 hours have passed and nobody answered me, everytime i try to call the customer service, i have to wait 40 mins to one hour as minimum. Above all that my order still running late. What a shame for high end brands app.

Hi, they have the worse customer support mainly the technical team. I faced a payment issue, their App and Web show the same error. I called the call center on the 12 of Aug and until now no response or follow-up from their side.

They deliver fast within dubai ,2hrs you have your order. Good sales. The customer care team are always ready to help out and are friendly. If there is a problem they do follow up. The products they sell are originals. No fakes on this site

Buying from Ounass is a mistake. They sell fake perfumes, for the same exact price as the original. The only reason why i boight from them is because they deliver. And until now the custoner service didnt come back to me , its been almost 2 weeks. No respone. Customer service doesn't exist.

In short: "Over Promise, Under Delivery" 2 out of my 3 orders were delayed by days than what was committed!!! It's days, not one day rather more than a day, and I stay in Dubai, their preferred service location!!

Please fix your app!! Very frustrating it dosen't let you move and watch the items smoothly, it's keep opening any itms by itself

Very bad service. Have not received the order knowing that you have confirmed the delivery today.... It is shame that you couldn't diliver it yet. I wish someone could have contact us..... Vert bad online services and extremely bad coustemr service. Highly not recommended

Ounass is my favorite luxury online shopping..I ordered many times from Ounass for my luxury bags shoes fine jewelry and very fast delivery it takes 4 days only for my ordered and I received my luxury items without tomuch delayed

I am not reviewing how legit they are, basically they operate in gcc under the mentality that those with android devices are considered low class and unworthy of serving! A shameful UX and app quality with weird ugly buttons blocking the view, slow and laggy app and no, it's not the android echo system, it's simply you not able to develop, go check Farfetch and see their app yourselves! And btw that's why your Android sales are low!

Once was the best but now they no longer provide COD in Oman (other middle Eastern country they still offer COD) but for some reason they've STOPPED IT for Oman only?... I take offence!
