This has been the worst application Ive ever put on my phone slowed it down and froze constantly in use Zero effort put into updating and keeping it working. Typical goverment pocketbook scheme then when you go to remove your payment methods cause they automaticaly set it to auto renew you cant because the website doesnt even work on a mobile device. 10 stars down if they made it an option. Get to work people Lol it took them a whole year just to respond to this post.
App is terrible, constantly freezes up, closes out, or just doesn't work at all. Forget having to add a file or picture. I used to at least be able to send messages in the app but that has ceased all together I can only read messages. I have to log into the website to send any. Terrible app can't reach anyone or get any support either.
limited ability to change things on calender the day of events. frustrating! plans change and it would be nice to adjust for changes so it's documented correctly after the fact.
Only allows me to log in on the computer. App does not work. 2nd week I've had straight issues with it. 13 May 22 - Have called the support line, walked through every step with them. They advised me they would escalate it to engineers and call me back. No call back, no email back, and still no resolution to the app. Funny it took almost 6 months for someone to see the review. Still recommend a different app than this.
Don't spend money on this!!!!! The User Interface is pathetically non intuitive. Trading days is ridiculous to figure out. When ypunfind a day on their calendar and clickncreat, it automatically reverts to current day making you fugure out/jump to a date months in advance again if you catch it. Otherwise, delete and stat again Such a simple thing. Then am o Blue or am I Green...i don't remember, let me go to another screen tonsee the key...pain. won't be renewed..can't give it 0 stars.
Not user friendly at all! We were forced to purchase this expensive app by our PC (who was also terrible)... and it is SO BAD! The log in process is glitchy- always says wrong info even after I reset everything. The calendar is not easy to enter events. The split schedule isn't easy to set. Entering expenses is terrible. Do not recommend!
It almost never opens messages. Folders are regularly "unavailable". I have reinstalled tons of times just to see a message. Just for the folders to be unavailable when I try to reply. Significantly adds to the challenge of communicating that already exists.
Horrible app, not worth the money as is just takes you to the same web version so you have to keep zooming in and out to see what you are trying to do. Now easy to navigate and extremely hard to figure simple things as to change username.
Makes communication more tedious, inconvenient, and expensive. The app seems poorly designed and it is not worth the money. The fact that you can't autofill your login information is also annoying.
I like the tone meter but set-up and the layout of the home page is hard to navigate at first.
It's so terrible after their improvement, so hard to read such a small print and navigate from the phone. Before it was more clear and better than now. Big problem to open the app since last few weeks and it's not fixed yet. I think that this app is not worth the money.
Would give negative stars if I could. Worst app ever, always says Can't send message at this time. Please try again. Close app, try again, same problem. Fix your bugs, this affects people trying to talk to their kids.
Absolutely Horrible. I had to get this app while going through custody for my grandson in October. The other party never got the app so I have never used it. I just got full custody and reached out to customer service for a refund. The first one told me about the 30 day money back guarantee. I explained I just got custody then she proceeded to tell me they will give a prorated refund if the co-parent dies. The next one told me I should have addressed it within the first 30 days.
Poorly made app, constant connection issues. App shut downs for no reason. The interface is not streamlined for everyday use. For 120 or 150 (CAD) bucks we paid you would think it would be better designed and not have as many bugs. Please upgrade the bugs and interface.
Horrible, clunky, slow, expensive would not recommend but hey you probably don't have a choice.
At first I didn't like this at all, but after a year of use and finally breaking down my walls and getting angry and then vulnerable, I've realized that I needed this accountability. I am hopeful that it will lead to positive changes in the future
Works fine. Should add a search button for searching a keyword when trying to find a specific message instead of having to scour through endless messages.
It never lets you login with your biometric scan I don't even know why it is a option. It constantly tells me my creditals are wrong when they are both right. Login is always a chore.
App connectivity and notifications are inconsistent. More and more often the app won't open past login screen, seems like a server issue. This frequently requires alternate forms of communication, which is what I am paying to avoid by using this app. This unpredictability really defeats the purpose of the app and makes the price completely irrational.
I have been using this app for several years. It's not great but it's not awful either. What really upsets me is the camera feature does not work so I have to take a picture separately and upload it to the app. They need to get that feature fixed.
saving and printing messages is tedious. but it's all there. worth it
It's a terrible app. Not worth the money. Not easy to use. Not clear on scheduling. Can't see scheduling times it only shows a highlighted day. Save your money!
I find it super useful, though there is a learning curve. Notifications are not always correct. And I wish expenses would allow you to make a monthly item that would add itself every month. I do dislike having to add the same shared fees every single month. The calendar is actually rather easy to set up, just not intuitive. Have had to reach out yearly for the military discount with no issues. Called tech support once with no issues.
My complaint is with the product you receive for the price point. There are countless apps on the market, for far less $$ or free that do the same things as this app. You are also only allowed 1gb of space for all documents and files. In the year 2021 this is an extreme shortcoming that has no reasoning behind it. My ex quicky filled it up with photos that cannot be removed.
This app is horrible and frustrating to say the very least! It should operate like email or text messaging. It should allow you to scroll up to re-read the message sent as your typing your correspondence to that message instead of having to exit out your response message and having to go back to drafts to pick back up where you left off. Also, it should be able to attach multiple attachments to that conversation without having to send a message for every attachment.
This is a paid service, however such an app may have a place in some co-parenting circumstances. However, I can't recommend them due to the quality of the software and service. Their software release practice is dysfunctional. They occassionally release new versions that are buggy or have markedly less functionality than the prior version (especially for their web interface). They promise to resolve the issues, but don't, even months afterwards. Given the price, you might think 'You get what you pay for', but this is clearly an exception to that rule. Definitely look closely at the alternatives.
