Brags about the ability to cast to TV but the app crashes every time you try. I didn't buy a smart TV to have my family huddled around my phone to watch the rugby.

Wanted to stream a live game. Subscription required, but no details on how to subscribe. Waste of time, missed opportunity.

Tried to watch the replay of the inaugural Cornwall match yesterday but would not start? Just kept playing annoying elevator ( lift ) music. 😤 🇨🇦

Ever since the last update I've had notifications coming through 3 or 4 times. As soon as I delete it appears again. Now the app won't load and keeps crashing.

I'm logged in and trying to purchase a pass to live stream, it then asks me to log in and says incorrect details. There is no live support to help

Thought being an app specific to RL it would give me that bit extra over other apps such as BBC & Sky sports. Wrong. It doesn't refresh the scores frequently enough leaving you lagging behind with the latest scores. Trying to view videos is a waste of time, it doesn't work & as for watching live matches, well I gave up even trying to work that one out. I was prepared to pay the subscription to watch live games but it was such a chore I never really figured it out & gave up....deleted it.

Absolute Garbage. Live streaming is a nightmare and the live scores might be right, but they might be wrong way around, total luck of the draw. Had this on a previous device a while ago and installed on my new one and it was bad then it seems worse now.

Pathetic attempt at engagement by a body that understands nothing about its customers. The app is poorly designed, the layout is awkward. The live streams are an absolute joke if you are even lucky enough to be able to login to watch. No cast option in app so you're stuck watching on your phone or using a third party cast option which are often even more unreliable than the app itself. It could be so good. But just like RL itself it suffers from an "it'll do" attitude from the management.

Second review. Service still very poor & difficult to navigate. App has improved since last update therefore an extra star. Have managed to purchase & watch a game now (though a lot of faffing). Same problem though, stream keeps on freezing! Though I do wish to support my championship club (York) & league in general so will try again. J

Updated version is much better. Stable and no more log in problems. Credit where it's due the app is now as it should be. (Original review below) Problems all season, final straw tonight is simply not allowing me to log in to watch the game advertised as only being shown via the app. Great.

Hard to believe so many people have issues with this app. I've used it since launch and have had few issues. Watched the live streaming, no problems. Do the polls, no problem. MOTM and predictor with no issues. Straight forward and easy to use

a handy app for checking tables and results etc. The inclusion of live games that wouldnt otherwise be televised is something that needs to be done more in this sport. my only criticisms are that the scores are updated somewhat slowly, and there is no cast button for the live games that are broadcast.

Unbelievably poor. Doesn't let me log in, when I finally get in I may as well forget streaming a live match there's just too much demand/not enough capacity and I spend most of the first 20 minutes refreshing before giving up and leaving. We live in a digital age but as all things rugby league is stuck in the dark ages

Barely anything works on the app. Have to sign in with each feature, then it crashes. Repeatedly asks for completion of details (already done) then freezes. Useless. Difficult to do anything without it crashing. Nightmare.

Great content and good ideas, very imformative, for someone who lives down south and has no friends to talk rugby league with its brilliant!!! Only down side is the live streaming, it stops starts or stops and stops!! Very frustrating.

Live streaming is the only real reason to have this bloated mess of an app. And Live streaming is flaky at best and unwatchable, with numerous errors, juddering halts and crashes back to app every few seconds most of the time on my devices.

Good app, like some of the features but the live streaming is absolutely w**k, just like wire really.. 😂😂 Anyway it needs fixing come this day in age the streams should brilliant. Prime, Netflix, etc all good streams even on my phone!!!!!

This app is very, very poor. If this is an advert for Rugby League then our game is in a lot of trouble. Issues in login in, voting in polls, recycled news, incorrect links etc etc. Getting this right is not a hard task so please in the off season can this happen. Ask us the fans if needs be.

Awful app you wont be getting another penny from me. Paid £4.95 the other week for whitehaven vs newcastle. Just buffered all the way through the match. Be lucky if I seen 5 minutes of the game. Just paid £10 for the whitehaven vs Bradford match. Exactly the same thing is happening 20 minutes has been played. I've only seen about 30 seconds of the match. It's just buffering all the time. Can I have a refund please

App normally good but keeps crashing . Can't get on at all.

Used to be great. Now I need to sign in EVERY time (like it's banking!). Can't see Super League scores/fixtures anymore. A poor show for an app designed as a showcase for the greatest game.

Awful experience. Managed to watch about 2 minutes of the whole Toronto V Huddersfield game. App keeps stopping and going back to live streem option screen. It would be better just stop the app rather than let us think we can watch any rugby. One star is being generous.

Absolutely rubbish. Doesn't work, can't see the predictor or leagues. Tried emailing via the contact tab, email doesnt exist. Please fix, app is unusable at the minute.

Worst page I have ever used. Real struggle to find page after signing in so downloaded app. Does not work with my 3 year old samsung tablet and tried on 2 new phones and constantly kick me off page after 15 or so seconds. Garbage!!!!

Shocking. Downloaded to watch England v France (as Facebook posts had suggested) sign up process buggy, error messages galore & wouldn't let me create an account...so no match. Phone is a Pixel2 so it's not a spec/hardware issue, it's a lame app.

As a Rugby League fan, this is good to have. But it needs a major upgrade, such as up to date news, more teams. You can watch live games, this app would be brilliant for TV especially with lives games.
