Just doesn't seem to work. I have all the same issues as the previous users have. Doesnt recognize my email, kicks me back to log in screen, ect. Probably going to unistall and let my DM know that it just doesnt seem to work. On the brighter side, its a great concept. I think it will be an amazing app once all the bugs are worked out. Unfortunately, it still needs a ton of work.
I cannot login through Outlook and my friend who works with me cannot login through Google. All of the options no longer show up, making it impossible for us to view our schedule unless we visit the actual site online, which kind of renders this app useless considering this is supposed to be a shortcut to the site. This is one of many login issues, such as not staying logged in whenever you do if you're lucky, among others. It also crashes upon startup with Android 10 sometimes. Very fun.
Dreadful. Beyond dreadful. The app is slow, you have to go through four seperate loading screens to get anywhere, with each having the potential to not work and send you back to the beginning. And the vesion on the computer has a seeminly 50/50 chance of not working in the sligtest that day.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. They have once again broken the login process for crew members, rendering the app completely useless. Also, if you are lucky enough to finally get signed in, you have maybe a 10% chance of it actually giving you access to the employee discount in the McDonald's app. Complete and utter garbage, has been broken for months, and they clearly are making no effort to fix it.
Literal worse app I've ever had to experience. I can't even get past the login screen on this wreck. I try to sign it via Google and nothing happens at all. It goes back to the login screen and does not say or do anything. The website version actually let's me login but due to the terrible nature of this, I can't get the employee discount
This app is just unusable. Literally. I was unable to sign in for about two weeks, with there being zero option (that I saw) to get help. Now it just pops up with an error message every time I open it, rendering it useless. Get it together, Ronald.
Needs some tinkering to make it run smoother. Also we should not have to sign in everytime we start the app. Being signed in automatically will make veiwing schedules or your wallet really easy, everything else would go smoother if we could be signed in automatically or stay signed in.
Had absolutely no problem with app until last 2 updates!!!! since I updated twice, app never opens, just sits with purple background and m in middle!!!!!! can't access anything, schedule (must have!!!), discounts, daily voice....I'm a crew trainer and I'm supposed to be showing new crew how to access everything mentioned above but app makes us look REALLY BAD!!!!
Ive been having A LOT of issues with this app, it wont even let me login to see my schedule. After i put in my email it sends me to a screen saying "Couldnt sign you in". Ive been having issues with it really bad for about a month now. And i just got sent home because i wasnt able to login and see my schedule. Worst app for a work schedule
The app used to work just fine and I ended up really liking the fact that I could always stay up to date on my work schedule but lately I haven't been able to login and now ontop of that I can't even launch the thing without it immediately saying error please try again. Its broken but when it worked it was useful
Extremely slow and lots of crashes, you'd think a multi billion dollar company could at least produce a good app for the workers but nope. I got it to work a few times but only on wifi, using data would just result in another crash.
I've tried opening the app and I keep running into an error message. There's no option to sign in and no option for an update to the app either. It's a useless app that just takes up storage space!
tried several times to download the app and use it. fails everytime. i have to log in to ourlounge on my web browser. but here is the kicker, for the past two weeks I have not been able to log in through the browser either. it logs me out everytime i try to sign on. i just want to check my schedule. so frustrating.
UPDATE; I can now log in but I still can't get the national discount. It goes to the McDonald's app but there is nothing there. Okay app. Wish it would remember my log in so I don't have to log in every single time. One perk that would be nice is if the National discount actually worked but have never gotten it to come up.
Even the first time I installed it, it didn't work great. Always crashed, super buggy, scrolling didn't really work. Just installed it again, says it won't run on rooted devices.
It seems like im having the same problem as the rest people in here. I do a manatory update and now I cant do anything. Im also reading all the responses that everyone is getting, and all I see is...dont forget to sign up for this contest, that contest, and every contest. i dont care about contests. I want to be able to log in and use it. JUST FIX IT....
Tells me my username or password is incorrect, but when I choose the "forgot" link for either, nothing happens. I tried to make a new account, but it tells me it already exists. I can't log in with facebook because it is a different email. So I used google to log in, and it tries to load, a few times, then takes me back to the original log in page. I have yet to be able to access my 30% discount or other things available on the app.
Unable to log in using my Google account, and the website is having login issues at the moment as well. I go to log in, it takes forever, then says I've been logged out.. But I wasn't logged in to begin with. :/ So now I have to guess when I'm due at work on my days off if I didn't get to see a paper schedule at work.
Tried to log on, keeps saying that i've successfully logged in but it just shoots me back to the main page. tried to log on to the mobile web browser automatically signs me out. I've updated this app and it still doesn't work extremely disappointed wouldn't even give it one star, but I have to give it a star in order to make a comment
First off, I can't even log in. I used the same email and password I applied with and it doesn't work. I tried signing in with Facebook, and worked for a millisecond, but but then it booted me out and told me my account didn't exist. I've had the app for over 5 months and never has it let me sign in. It just sits in my apps taking up space.
I wish I could give this app negative stars...once I sign in, it errors and stops so I have never been able to actually access the information needed. HUGE letdown...was really excited about a way to keep up with changing schedules without having to call or go by my store daily. 110% disappointed. 110% fail.
Every time I open the app it says an error has occurred. I don't even have an option to try to sign in. My crew mates have had this issue for months now. We have to use the website. Please figure out the issues and make this a working app, I hate having dead apps downloaded. 😒
this app has never worked right. I can't log in at all it redirects and then takes you back to main page. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it just doesn't work. I have been trying for the 2yrs I have been employed at McD's
i go to sign in with facebook. it redirects me then backto log on and wheel of death. with all these bad reviews i do not understand y it is still not working. o even try to go through my browser and i get nothing. you need to fix this. people might lose thier jobs. so it needs to b fixed. mayb delete the whole app and make a new one. but by then you may not have anybody working anywhere. how hard is it to fix?
this app is useless. have been trying with this app for over a month. don't even see a point in having it other than being told i have to. got the app working so i can log in for the first time. then it logged me out immediately. ever since then....... absolutely nothing. it's just a waste of space on my phone.
App is high key horrible. I can login just fine, but have had the app for longer than a year, and not once have i gotten the discount to work. Click the discount button, click okay to leave app, and then it opens McDonald's app but there is no discount.
literally just doesn't work. it doesn't even boot up, as soon as you open the app you get an error. the website doesn't even work on desktop, it worked fine one day and now just won't let you login. completely useless.
I can't do anything on the app, if I can even log in at all, which is the usual experience. I finally got logged in and it is rumored that I can access my paystubs, but as usual, the instructions don't match the capabilities of the app. As big as the McDonald's corporation is their app should reflect an ability to function in the 21st century. This app feels like it was developed at the same time as the internet. Even managers have given up on it.
Can't use this app with gmails secondary encryption enabled. Still won't work. It gets to the verify number screen for secondary encryption than instantly goes to something went wrong and won't let me login
In dire need of a revamp... To be frank this application is poorly coded. It's slow, and clunky. What I would like to see is improvements to the UI, like the application having better sign in options. As it stands it doesn't even save log-in information, so anytime we have to use it, we must wait for it to clumsily go through its process. That's assuming we're lucky, it's a different story if you start getting errors.
