Info come through from school. Sometimes you get notifications and sometimes you don't. Needs fixed as easy to miss news especially when you used to get notifications and then don't. You assume nothing is being sent out. Would give it 5 stars if this was sorted
Was great until I can no longer open my app! Keeps coming up with error. I uninstalled it and installed it again but still the same error message. Been over a week now. Missing out on events etc going on at my son's school!
It's a good app but with a major flaw. Push notifications are either not working or not applied. I missed my non-resident childs sports day because I had no information. Arguably, I should routinely check, but push notifications would be a big improvement and a massive help.
Notifications don't work. Contacted support and no reply! Thank you for your reply. I hope you find a solution, it would be really useful to get notifications as lots of messages are missed.
Just can't access it on an android phone any more. Get an error every time, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Our school is switching to a different platform as this is too unreliable.
It would be much better if you could select notifications for more than one school at a time, my children are split between 2 schools (1 junior & 1 infants) yet i can only select 1 school to recieve notifications from not overly helpful really. I have tried contacting you via email regarding this but I've been rejected as spam 🤨
It was great. However all of a sudden the push notifications have stopped working. Makes the app fairly poor to have to routinely go in to check for new messages!!
Notifications stopped working months. My phone got updated today, so I had to sign up again but the address I want is not highlighted just another random school. It won't let me click on the one I want. So now I dont have it at all. This issue is now resolved, thank you.
Notifications aren't working on my android phone and haven't done for some time. I do try to check most days but it'd be far better if the notifications just worked! I've sent 2 app feedback reports and heard nothing!
Updated app now it will not let me connect to my daughters school. Tried to contact you using link you gave . I have spent an hour now scrolling through pages and different sites trying to connect to customer service but no joy. I am not good in any way at all of this IT stuff which is why I use apps. This one (since update)is totally useless to me. My rating stands and i am now uninstalling this app.
It's terrible been over a week of not being able to log onto it Keeps saying error. Our school doesn't send out letters so I'm missing things! Sort it out!!
Keep say errors have taken place, I have been intouch with app company, but have not been able to resolve it so far.
Works on my old phone but on this phone my children's school isn't on it. Won't even load up on the Web browser. Due to covid all news is put onto this app that I cannot access as the school no longer sends out letters
Our school is not listed as using the app when I install it on my nokia - despite the school exclusively using this app for giving out info for some time now. It works on some parents phones, but not many others.
Absolutely useless. I never get any notifications so I miss out on school news, which leaves me running around trying to get clothes together for non uniforms days, literally the day before, when they tell me at the school!!
Can't read messages from the school anymore, even after double checking all settings are correct and uninstalling and the re installing the app.
Despite installing on Nokia ⁸ and a s⁸ cant get either to work school list is light grey unable to select....waste of time. UPDATE issue resolved and able to use 👍🏼
My notifications have stopped working. No changes made to the app but i wont get anything unless i click on the app then will see it.

Same as a lot of people.. since last update cannot use the app. Also notifications no longer work.
Notifications have stopped working. Reinstalled school now missing from app. Only showing places that have not joined the app.
was really good until update. now constantly saying 'error' cannot get any school info . uninstalled and re-installed several time and still no luck
Doesn't work. Got as far as the school search page, put in a postcode and it just hangs there never finding any schools
Since update I had to log in again and it won't let me saying error all the time it's frustrating can't get any info for my children's school
Was working fine till yesterday. Now school news has crashed and won't load any new news from the school.
Not sure if it's my school that's set this up wrong, or the app, but the I do is really difficult to find.
I have updated the app and i am struggling to get my daughters school as it is not highlighted! Any help would be appreciated
Absolutely usless app. The messages the school sends don't come through most of the time. Tried uninstall and reinstall which did nothing to improve anything. Uninstalled it this morning and now reinstalled this evening and the useless app can't even find my child's school after about 6-8 attempts. For someone who supposed to represent schools it's absolutely diabolical. You should be ashamed. Last updated 2020, what good is that. Try getting off your backsides and get this app sorted.
