Never recommended this online shopping for cashless transactions. Once the item is not available and already paid online via card or credit card, they won't assist to refund your money back. Based on my experience, nobody is replying email, calls, or messages in WhatsApp. Even I personally went there in their QATAR office nobody was there only their delivery driver. VERY POORRR in customer SERVICE 😡😡😡. Almost 2 Mos. now they don't refund my money. Won't recommend this online shopping😡😡.

Terrible customer service. Have been trying to call them for a week but are unavailable. Don't promote the app when it is this worst. Even your Tabby payment option is optional. Sometime it works sometimes it doesn't.

Very bad customer service...one of my order was supposed to arrive a week ago and I send them message to follow-up many times, but no one replied till date. I also tried to call but no one is responding for 10 mins.. lastly, I tried to message through WhatsApp. But they provided number which is not linked with Whatsapp....

It very bad and poor service with customer. I order same product and they are mention in remarks delivered in 5 working day but today is 10 days finish not any update and my order still show in process and I already pay the full amount of bills. So I request you to all please don't pay any amount before delivery and second thing when I call to customer service department no one received my call about my delivery or refund . thanks

The worst online shop! Their price were not accurate & updated! They will going to call you that the price on their website is incorrect and will cancel your order! This happened twice! Bad customer service which they will hangup the phone while you still talking to them! You dont deserve even a single star!

My biggest regret to order from here before checking in the review..3 weeks and the items still not arrive..i couldn't imagine how they can still operating their business here in UAE, when they can't even deliver the promise!! No choice for cancelling ur order..no costumer service available at all!!! The worst ever!

Worst site, I bought a watch it took 11 days to deliver(not the exact one which I ordered), at 4th day of my order I call their customer service number waited for more than 30mins and still no one answered the call. Then I made a complaint in their app again no reply, then after 6days they are messaging me and saying that the product which I Ordered is out of stock and they will give me another which cost 40 AED extra that I have to pay when they deliver.

Very bad experience they dont have any reply or message regarding the update of my order. Very fast to debit my payment but the processing is vey slow. I want to refund my money back

They had issues on delayed delivery before but recently I had purchased something and surprisingly I got it delivered on time. I think they have changed their delivery team. 👍🏻

Worst app to do online shopping, have place order on 26Apr and no delivery made. When I contacted the help desk no reply and my order was cancelled without informing the reason of cancellation. So be careful and don't purchased from these cheaters

Very bad experience, I oreder something , then when i received my order,i opened the package it's different items.

Very bad experience on this online apps...i ordere last feb.6,2022 6 items but only 4 items delivered.i ask the other 2 items but theu they will just keep on saying sorry for blah blahhh...now almost 2 months since i ordered still they didn't delivered it and the worse thing is i'm paying in it..Can i have my refund of that 2 items...???

I placed my order on 4th Feb it's 14th Mar and I haven't received the item. I requested cancellation and refund but was not entertained what'sapp customer service just keep promising item will be delivered. Very poor customer service...

I am a regular costumer of ourshoppee but i will always used cash on delivery type of payment. My last order was on February 9 this year and i paid via credit card. According to my ourshoppee account my order will be deliver by February 14 but until now not yet came. I contacted them thru email, costumer service but no answer until now, i even tried calling their mobile number but no response. I want to cancel my order but there is no option on their link. I am very disappointed ..

I have paid on my order online since March 2,2022. Until now, the status of my order is PROCESSING. I kept calling on the customer service, but I didn't get a response at all. It's my first time ordering online, and I am so disappointed.

This app has the worst service..delivery is way behind the schedule, customer service is very hard to contact...I cancelled my order and there is still no reply toward refund..UPDATE..from Feb 4 until now March 20 the product has not arrived..Never use this App, they are fraudulent

Very pathetic customer service they provide customer care contact number in app from 3 working day they are not answering when I visited the warehouse in al qusais they don't have any details for my package first they told that delivery already completed in the application not updated anything not even oder I'd still am awaiting for my package don't oder any item from this ourshoppe

Very poor service - as they did not meet there promised delivery day i have requested ro cancel an order which is almost 2 month till date the refund is not made and the order status refelcts as delivered .Trying to reach them via email and call no responce reached them on whatsapp to cancel the order they say sorry for the delay ..and till date since feb 15th none have got back to me in regards even after several emails and several complaints has been logged.

initially my experiecne was good when i bought small item but all of a sudden when i ordered mobile phone they started playing around not responding call emails.they have not delivered the item and its been 1 month already iam going to pay the installment but still i hav not received the item somebody help regarding this.

Worst online store ever. First time I tried and got scammed. My delivery was cancelled for no reason and I am not getting my refund yet. Tried to contact hundreds of times but never got response from customer service. If no reply in a week time, I going to report it to the local authority.

Very bad service, I place a 16/04/2022. But not received yet. I was to many time call customer number they are accepting. I was waiting 10 to 30 minutes, but no response, I was already pay.

Very bad experience, I order one item and they deduct the full payment after that I cancel my order. After 20 plus days I didn't receive the payment yet. Every weekend they told me you will get this and that week. Now they didn't respond to my messages. Very annoying and un professional team.

Very bad customer service, paid for device. reading my messages on whatsapp but choose to ignore.. was supposed to arrive on a date, five days later and no one gives me an update other that were checking with suppliers!!!
