Well, for starters, you can see people "they" recommend. "Free messages" are preprogrammed. You have to pay (automatic) recurring subscription to send and receive any real messages. So far, I prefer another site I use.

I was okay with this app up until I couldn't log on. I've clicked on forget password numerous times but I'm not getting the email to reset it my password. I've sent numerous reports asking for support and still no response. At this point I just want to cancel and close my account. It's so difficult to get any help from Our Time that I no longer want to waste MY TIME with this useless app.

Convenient, but you can't see / review what you've written. Only the last line. And who wants to send something that has typos. It should show the whole conversation, like an email, or this review for that matter. I end up just going back to the website for conversation.

They recommend people who are way out of my mileage area. You can't tell which accounts are active or which are just used to keep you hook. There should be a three photo minimum with a full body shot as one of the photos.

I subscribed in good faith for obvious reasons. I turned off auto renew which on all of the other apps keeps you from getting charged without your permission. Imagine my surprise when I was charged 3 times the amount I had paid before and they said you must cancel your subscription to not get charged. Not just stop auto renew. SCAM ⚠️! I I had more success and fun on other apps. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS APP!

I can't turn off notifications and my phone keeps going off constantly..my 1st day on the site .I'm so unhappy... I go to notifications in email and everything is turned off... 3 emails and 3 calls and no help

Started out good the went down hill from there. I specified matches for 20 km away from home and am now getting matches 3, 4 or 500 km away and across the border! Matches in another Country are of NO interest! I'll not be renewing.

I can't even get by the camera screen after I upload a picture it doesn't give me an option to continue. It doesn't give me an option to upload a picture out of my library. Absolutely broken

Signed up for one month membership. Now it says my username and password are wrong. Can't sign in to even cancel my subscription.

I'm giving this app one star so I can just make my complain or else it didn't even worth this 1 star have been trying to create an account but it not working out I can not even upload my pic when I select my pic and it keep turning and asking me to select a pic again

not for everyone over 50. i got screwed on the autorenew. tried to manage subscriptions before it happened. they need to make it plain and simple to remove autorenew

Absolutely horrible more scammers than people the app crashes I spent hours on the phone they couldn't fix their app got me in. My account with goggle then an hour later locked me out of my account and refuse to refund my money paid hopefully the better business bureau give me some satisfaction

I cannot log in on your app. I entered my email and password but the "continue" doesn't allow me to enter the app. I emailed you told you I cannot log in to my account on your app. Your reply gave me zero help. Deleting but ty

I only use a Prepaid visa for all my on line purchases. I was able to purchase the 1 month to try it and then when it ran out and I wanted to renew it would not let me use my visa card . The trouble shooting says some prepaid cards can not be used . It was fine at first membership? Why would you not let people use their prepaid loaded card ?. Millions of people use them daily . So now I can not renew my membership .

Not one connection. They keep sending people 10 bto 15 years older then i. Im looking for a date not a job as a care provider. so all i want to know is what's the trick to canceling this app?

I think it is a bad idea that you have to agree to AUTOMATIC RENEWALS to even get a one month subscription.... I think I'll PASS.

Nothing is working on this app. It won't let me get into the account on line to change any information nor does the app itself let me log in. I've tried troubleshooting and nothing. I reached out to customer service 4 times and still no response. I want to delete my account but can't. I am so Extremely frustrated.

This app is garbage. I've tried recovering a account, this is impossible. I tried to create a new account, I couldn't upload photos, closed app and tried again only to hear this email is in use and I can not log in again... For hours I've tried to get this app to work... nothing seems to fix it. Deleting and trying a app that works... Lastly, we all know daring apps only really work when you spend a little money, I cant give a app my credit info knowing how terribly this app is coded.

WARNING! Report this date app asap as others have been doing, which you'll discover if you use it! Every photo gets deleted whether it's a face image or full body image in a Sunday Suit. Was shocked when they took photos from my Google photos without my permission! The Profile's written information gets deleted also. Other's reports are even worse problems than this!

Don't waste your time or money. There might be 10% of paying members who can actually see and respond to any messages or likes. The list of "new matches" are always the same people even when you mark you aren't interested in them. I get a rotation of the same 16 men. The people who message first are generally from out of country, no idea why there's no option to select a radius of how far you're willing to travel to meet. I thought POF was bad, OurTime is worse! Wasted my money, don't yours!

3/16/22 Update-the app has not worked well since my last review on 2/22. I have not been able to login, it says "Invalid e-mail or password" two days in a row. After 2 or 3 profiles,freezes. Yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix the login issue, which it did. However, now it seems to freeze and I am unable to send messages or pass, etc. on my matches. Why am I paying for something that hasn't worked very well in over 2 weeks? How about a credit on my account?

Well, it worked for one day after not working for six days. Back to Invalid Password/Username today. Their IT department and customer service has got to be the worst on record. Please don't tell me to call them again. They are clueless. Talked to someone in their insipid IT department this afternoon, and after trying to reset passwords again and again it still does not work. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds even though I paid for 6 months of service and received one.

I have to click in-and-out of conversations to get a refresh, to get their next message. Then when I touch the person's "thumbnail" in the message list, to go back to the refreshed conversation, it often thinks apparently that I swiped to delete, and it deletes them without any warning or confirmation. The conversation is permanently deleted and no way to reach the person. This is totally unacceptable!

Why can't someone just get in the app ,the verification of solving a puzzle is a bad thing I must say because I tried more than 79 times but yet it shows just one result that I should pick the one with dice up to 14 and I did still yet same thing that's madness .. the essence of me complaining about this app is because I've waste most time there trying to get through it but still yet it shows same thing .. please fixed it as soon as possible thank you....

Cannot login from a Pixel 6. Login button is greyed out. Have to use Chrome browser on my phone. Fix this. Pixel 6 is a popular new phone!

Scrolled through probably 500+ profiles and didn't hit "like" on a single one. Waste of time.

Waste of time The app is horrible, you can't change the maximum distance, it puts people back up you've passed on, notifications barely work, and you have to pay for the privilege of all of that. Don't waste your time or money on this
