Use the free app to search our listings and filter them by location, activity, availability, and price. You can also purchase an Outdoor Access membership with the app, or sign-in with your existing membership credentials.
As an Outdoor Access member, you can unlock all of our listings, including landowner contacts and detailed property boundaries. Once you have found the perfect spot, you can book any of our listings, just like you would a hotel room. For every reservation, both landowners and members are covered by the company’s $1 million insurance policy.
Outdoor Access memberships also include a welcome gift package, free background check, invitations to events, and offers from the company.

Can't search locations anymore, only shows properties and counties hours away as where it use to show local properties to your location. I don't know what happen to this app. Very disappointing seeing hope much you have to pay every year to use this.
The location search doesn't work and it doesn't recognize my membership even though the membership works when I sign on from the website. Also there is no function to contact owners to ask for clarification about their property. Great idea for an app/business but of improvements needed.
The hunting access this company provides is great and helps a new hunter like myself in accessing new hunting land other than the limited public lands which are often crowded. The company website is great; however, this app for android is very buggy and is so bad that it is unuseable. The property search does not work most times, and when it does, the calendar to select days to hunt crashes the app when it is opened. Please fix this App!!!
Doesn't allow you to search locations, shows properties in other states. I don't live in Maryland or north and South Carolina why am seeing those properties? This is such a waste of being a member when you can't even find properties in your own area. Fix this or refund my membership, I'm done!!!!
There is no map view when searching, and overall not user friendly at all. Use the site instead of the app.
The app used to work ok, but now it crashes everytime when I try to reserve a property. The app is useless now. Hopefully it will get fixed one day.

Warning to all land owners. Dont know how other states may operate. But here in virginia, land owners are protected from liability for allowing hunters on their property "if there is no fee required" to access. Many land owners may not be aware of this fact and i am sure outdoor access may not disclose this information as it may vary by state. But a huge risk to land owners if a hunter gets hurt on their land if they paid a fee to get permission. This app is trying to profit from both sides of the field with zero percent of the liability. For those landowners that not aware of your particular state laws on hunting and fishing, or the liability you may incur. Check with you local wildlife management department's website.
Very intuitive and easy to use. OA staff is extremely responsive and helpful when you reach out to them.
Easy to use and well thought out. Didn't quite know what to make of properties that said the cost was $0 per day.
Easy access to variety of properties, can filter activities, locations, learn owners expectations and cancellation policies up front. Can see images and aerial map of Each property. Each property is ranked and prices. Ready to head outdoors!!!

The prices charged by many of the land owners are way too expensive. It's much cheaper to join a hunting club for the year. Cheap properties are $25 a day plus $9 fee. That's $272 for a month just hunting weekends. Some are free or $10 but many properties are more expensive at $30, $35, $50 a day. Most properties are below 15 acres. Hunting is already an expensive hobby and for the small property sizes there are much less expensive ways to go. As for the app it doesn't allow you to read reviews which would be a great help.
This app will not list different states. This app is of no use for planning hunting trips out of the state where you first used it. Also, OA charges a $9 fee on top of the land owners fee and on top of the annual membership! So, there is really no sense in joining OA because they're just trying to gouge hunters for cash. If you hunt a lot you're wasting your money here. It would be best to join a club or hunt managed lands.
Outdoor Access works great. They are continuously updating it as the app grows. I have used it on multiple occasions and have had no issues. Designed to be used friendly.
The app is a nice new feature of the OA experience. The concept has really works well for me. I spent years living in rural Mecklenburg county and had access to tons of land for huntung but since moving to Richmond years ago, it became much more difficult to find land or be invited to a hunt club. I don't hunt a lot... maybe a few times a year... so it completely makes sense for me. I love that they're adding more fishing and other activities. I haven't tried them yet but have heard good reports of those secret bass ponds!
This app makes it easy to search, view and reserve properties managed by OA. I really enjoy the outdoors, and OA has made it possible to enjoy properties that don't have the crowd's that public area's sometimes have. Highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys the wilderness.

The perfect app for finding properties to hunt, fish, camp, etc. This app makes it easy to find and book properties from anywhere. Also provides the information i need to validate my bookings. Very simple and useful interface.

This app works great! Beautiful and intuitive to use. This is hands down the best way to find cool private land to go out and enjoy.
I have plenty places to hunt, but love outdoor access as kind of like a honey hole option. Much easier than beating on doors trying to get permisson to hunt. Staff is second to none! Steve P.
Seems good. But I can't find out. The "explore" option doesn't let you search, and despite asking for your location, shows you properties 100s of miles away, 8 states over. It's impossible to get a sense of the quality of the service with such a gimped experience. And I'm not blowing $99 to find out. A few years ago Outdoor Access had a monopoly on this service, but there's too many players offering this now for them to operate such a walled garden approach.
